The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The restaurant has a great selection, good food and prices

I requested, and got a message confirming my request, for a downstairs room close to the pool and restaurant (thought Building A). They had an upstairs room ready for us. When I told them I had requested a downstairs room, we were given a downstairs room. The room was HOT with a wooden "couch" with no cushions...not comfortable. The AC was turned on by the man at the front desk (nice guy) and we left for the cool restaurant for a late lunch/early dinner. After at least an hour, we went back to the room--there was no change in the room temperature. When I walked outside to go to the front desk, a female staff asked how things were going and I told her about the room being hot. She told me the windows were open. The curtains were closed and we hadn't noticed. ( Sorry, out of order. This happened before we went to the restaurant.). After eating, I stepped in the shower and could not get the hot water to turn on and neither could my husband. I took a cold shower which wasn't TOO bad since the room was still hot. I tried to dry my hair and the dryer didn't work. I then dressed and went to the front desk to get a fan. The guy came to the room and worked on the AC and brought a fan. It finally cooled enough to sleep but never got cold. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Really handy for the airport, but had a real rural vibe to it. Lots of howler monkeys and other wildlife, lovely pool and grounds. Rooms and staff were great too.

The property was close to the airport and provided transportation to and from. The drivers MacKenzie and Edmond were very nice gentleman. They were very knowledgeable about the resort as well as the island. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The actual resort was well-kept and manicured, quiet, and was a hidden gem. The bar and restaurant food and drinks were very good, convenient, and tasty. The bartender and server were very pleasant as well.

Nothing bad to say about the resort but the mosquitoes were treacherous because of the woods.

Conveniently located relatively near the airport. Food is good. Friendly and kind staff. Resort is good if you want peace and serenity, however, there is nothing else there within walking distance except for 1 restaurant (which was closed while we were there).

Limited menu, portions are small and so after several days you run out of choices. Since there is nothing within walking distance, you have to get transportation for everything and that can get expensive quickly.

This was a perfect place to stay because it was a beautiful place, and they would arrange any tour you would like. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant on site was very good.

I have no suggestions for making it better. It was perfect.

The staff was excellent and made us feel very welcome.All meals were excellent. Good bird watching at the top of building T. Very family friendly.

Some of the rooms would benefit from updating, especially in bldg K, and the Bar building needs updating.

A lovely hotel located near the international airport and so good for staying at when first arriving in Belize. The room size was very large and the beds comfortable. Nice large bathroom as well with a good powerful shower.
