Amazing location, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The bed/pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but overall the room fine.

Loved the location, very central but quiet. Also breakfast was lovely.

We have the family room with two double beds and bunk beds. The bunk beds we were not able to use as the pillow was covered in termite eggs. So we believe the bunk bed had termites. Also the double beds were so uncomfortable with springs sticking out and so squeaky, you woke up every time you turned over. Also the room was filled with about 20 mosquitos when we arrived. It was also a shame that breakfast had to be paid for on top of the room.

It was very comfortable and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind. I enjoyed being by the poolside and being on the terrace. The location was superb.

Location was fantastic. Its a 3 minute walk to the water taxi and is set in the middle of town. Also has a lovely view of the sunset from the roof terrace

Bit basic but this is what we expected

Fantastic location. Plenty of parking space close by for my rented golf cart. The busy main streets are just 2 blocks from this hotel. The 2 ferry terminals - San Pedro Express and Waterski are within short walking distance from this hotel. The latter ferry terminal is for Chetumal, Yucatan, Mexico and Caye Caulker. The former ferry terminal is for Belize City and Caye Caulker. For those on a budget, this hotel offers good breakfasts, lunch and dinner menu at affordable prices.

This was a really nice place and I would recommend however, the rooms are much smaller than they seem. The location is wonderful and close to everything. If you're doing excursions you are a 5 min walk from the docks. Grocery store with everything you'd need right around the corner. Also a 6 min walk to the airport. AC was strong and Wifi worked well. The pool was very nice and refreshing to have. The area around the pool was also a really nice place to hang out with nice chairs and tables. The best part about this place was the rooftop! I don't know why this isn't advertised more or talked about more in the comments because the view up there is AMAZING. Every single night my husband and I got dinner to go just so we could sit up there and watch the sunset. We stayed in Belize for one week and never saw better sunsets or views like we did there, I think it's worth staying here just for this :) Plus there is a restaurant at the hotel that serves breakfast and lunch from 7am-3pm so that is a nice option to have. The staff was also nice and super friendly, let us check in early.

The room was very small but honestly all you need. The pool was also quite small (only enough room for 4-5 people) but it was really nice to have and we used it every day. Although the rooms are small they are kept really clean, bed is comfortable, and AC works very well.

Good location in San Pedro town, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, water taxi. Fantastic sunset view. Nice deck area with pool. Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Golf cart parking area.

Only drawback was the beds were somewhat uncomfortable, although this was a minor issue.

After reading the other reviews about the beds we were hesitant to book this property but we are so glad we did as we both found the beds SUPER comfortable! The pool area was nice and social and it was tucked away enough that it was quite at night etc! The rooftop was cool for sunsets too! Loved our stay :)
