The staff at the front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly and pleasant.

The hotel does not allow unregistered guests to visit . This was a problem because my daughter invited her friend and she wasn’t allowed in . The manager was extremely rude and aggressive. She definitely needs a course in public relations. I will never recommend this property and will never book there again based on her behavior. Most of my friends here In Belize had a similar experience and told me they would never stay there as well . Also note that if you’re a family of 4 you won’t be allowed to book one room . There is a maximum of 3 per room even if you offer to pay for the extra persons . The rules are rigid and we felt like we were in a prison and the manager was the warden . It’s a shame honestly. The property has a great location and has a lot of potential. The staff ( other than the manager) were very nice and helpful.

Great customer service, friendly and always helpful. walking distance all my tour activities meet up point. They also arrange tour activities, the hotel also has gold carts, remember to email them if you are arriving by a water taxi for them to pick you up. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home. But…..the best part, the only thing separating the hotel from the airport is a road lolllll loved it!

The only thing I didn’t like which honestly wasn’t a big deal. I was traveling by myself and I ended with a double bed. I got in late and tired so I showered and went straight to bed, I don’t move a lot so I slept in a small area of the bed. When I got back from town the bed was made nicely but when I tried to get in I saw hair on the bed which I knew straight away was mine, some on the pillow as well. I have this facial treatment I do every night which left some stains on the pillow case, that was there as well. So whoever cleaned the room just push the sheets in and didn’t even brush the bedsheets. I just moved to the second bed.

The location was perfect - walking distance from the little airport (not an issue) and all the restaurants in the area. The onsite restaurant/bar was great for drinks and sushi. And the dive shop onsite was also super convenient and helpful. The rooms were comfortable - especially the bed!

The property not that only I didn’t like is the manager how she treated me at the beginning my wife s sister was visiting to the hotel outside or going eat to the restaurant but I didn’t expect the actitud of the manager it was terrible disgusting attendance that was the worst that I had on the hotel ..I thought the hotel was not for Hispanos .. the workers worked excellent the manager was terrible women but everything else was excellent
