The room was spacious and clean

We didn’t have a hot tub or the executive lounge which we paid for, room service was very very slow, the food was cold, only 1 pool open which was the kids pool, overall very very poor

The swimming is best for kids, very family orientated pool. Room was facing the ocean which was breath taking. Breakfast was fantastic

Check in took really long to process even though the queue isn't long at all

The view is really really great. The buffet breakfast is full of good choices. The location is good to get to the Tower and the outlet.

The view and the swimming pools are fantastic. The room is clean and spacious.

If able to provide shuttle bus services to pick up the tourists from airport or other location will be fantastic.

Sea View!

Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with the receptionist, who dealt with me very disrespectfully. Despite my efforts to communicate in English, the receptionist seemed unable to understand me and was unable to communicate effectively. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager to address the issue, the receptionist refused to call one, and I was informed by another staff member that there was no manager present at the time. Additionally, I found the receptionist's appearance unprofessional and not in line with the standard I would expect from a hotel of your calibre.

great facilities for family stay. hotel was very clean & staff were very professional. we were given a higher floor which had a lovely sea view,overlooking the pool & beach. breakfast was busy so get down early.

Quite expensive compared to surrounding facilities. Not all facilities are open, perhaps since still recovering from the effects of COVID.

The views from the room were wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite for free. The room was comfortable and spacious. The crashing of the waves can be heard on the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful - extensive western options! The hotel is walking distance to an outdoor outlet mall with many dining and shopping options.

The walking path in and out of the resort could be more pedestrian friendly - the only path is along the car entrance/exit.

The hotel is clean and so is the beach. I love that it is beach front and private. Amazing view from the room. Good food selection at breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Indoor pool and gym are well kept.

The hotel is even better during the winter. It is less crowded and more relaxed. A beautiful spot for some winter sun and sand!

I would like to mention the work of Lu Yang Fei, who makes staying at the hotel wonderful.

The pools are great. (It might be nice if the pool with the swim up bar was for grownups only - even if just between certain hours.) The beach is lovely. There is a Covid test site nearby and yummy local restaurants

National Day holiday prices. Much better value during the off-season

Beautiful beach! Breakfast was good, but crowded. Room and beds were comfortable. Facilities were overall good. Loved the toiletries and the fact that they weren't single use. They replenished our water all the time!

Overall it's a bit too expensive for what it is. The food prices were too high for the quality that was received. It's a very family friendly resort so perhaps not the best for a couple? (just our opinion) Very few vegetarian options at the restaurants which was disappointing. We ended up having most of our meals outside of the hotel to make it cheaper and for better food. Also the portions were small compared to other InterContinental hotels..
