Food can be little better

Staff is professional and polite , understand guest’s query and address it really well. Miss Rajni “Front office manager “ handled all my queries quite well.

It was fine

The room was not clean the way a hotel room should be. The in room dining menu had food in it. The table tops were not cleaned properly. T My clarins face wash was flicked from my room. He carpet was dirty and stained my shoes. The dressing gown was not clean. The hotel slippers were not clean.

The breakfast time today at the restaurant at @Radisson Hotel, Sector 29, Gurugram resembled more like a chaotic bus stand. I will specifically outline it- 1. More than half the things in the breakfast buffet were finished and were not being replenished. 2. The tables were dirty, with half eaten food and dishes scattered on the tables 3. Spoons, forks, knives were not available 4. Clean Dishes in which we could take our food weren’t available 5. There was a complete lack of organisation and management in managing the people. As there was some seminar and people who had come to attend it were also having breakfast in the same dining area along with patrons who were staying in the hotel. Lastly the behaviour of the manager, someone called Sumit, I don’t know his last name was rude and arrogant. I have previously stayed in @RadissonHotels in Lucerne, Barcelona, Vienna this year itself but now I will never stay in any of its properties. Finally, I would like to conclude by saying that as a guest I would not like to pay 10-15 thousand rupees per night and buy completely substandard hospitality

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so cooperative to accommodate the timings for my mother who was not feeling very well.

The room could have been slightly bigger.

Room Size, cleanliness

I liked that the rooms were spacious.

The waiting to checkin was huge. There was construction going on and continuous noise because of that. Then the hotel staff did not change my room until the night.
