Very quiet and cozy place in an great atmosphere. Its a perfect place to relax and enjoy with nice beach. The rooms view is perfect. Breakfast was sufficient with nice choices. The staff was very helpfull with things we need. They try to implement sustainable actions which is really nice to see.

The shower was a bit cold (during my visit it was a bit chilly at night for tropical place in other time maybe it doesnt matter). Maybe add some solar panels on roof for some warm water ;) The mosquitonets like on the image where not in my room (but maybe they can provide it)

One of the best places we stayed in vietnam - everything is understated perfection! the staff are amazing, views incredible and the sea is like a big warm bathtub on your doorstep. great range of veggie food and beautiful setting for your meals. Free kayaks and a pool table. we originally booked for 4 nights and then extended to 7 - so glad we did! added bonus that they are striving to be plastic free so you don’t get all the massive amounts of plastic encountered when staying else where. great place to feel close to nature amongst the mayhem and major development on the rest of the island

- Bamboo Cottages’ personnel was extremely profesional. - The place is just amazing. it’s away from everything and it keeps it’s charm. - They never used plastic. - The food was was yummy. There were a few things missing from the menu (dessert) but it was still good. - The drinks such as smoothies were the best that I has tried in Vietnam. There were also things missing from the menu such as cocktails and wine but I managed to get my own wine from the store. - I rented the scooter from them and managed to visit other places. - I was also able to go for a long walk around the beach. I had to go through other hotels but it was not a problem. - Everything was so clean - They had two cute dogs at the property. I don’t know if they belong there or not but all the guess were dog lovers so we really appreciate their presence. They needed some love ! - I had the front room beach (#14) and it was great. The rooms right in front of the beach were the best ones. I just open my door and I was a few steps away from the beach. The rooms at the back didn’t face the beach. - The beach was like a huge pool. The waves are so small. It was excellent to go swimming. - They kayaks were also a great addition to go around.

The staff is very friendly and extremely supportive: I had issues with my phone and everyone helped me beyond expectations to finally solve it. Bamboo cottages is located a bit far away from the city which is good because you can enjoy the wonderful beach all by yourself. The beach is sandy, the water warm, calm and crystal clear. The restaurant provides an excellent selection of local food, all arranged and prepared very carefully. The tables are both inside and outside, right in front of the sea. The room is big, comfortable and has all you need to enjoy your stay, mine was facing the sea directly which is magnificent. Thank you all the staff of Bamboo Cottages, a true gem in Phu Quoc!

very relaxed style of Life here! cottages in front of the ocean! at Night you can here the waves witch I did like very much! nice people friendly staff! the manager speaks very good English ! breakfast is a good choice ! and the restaurant serves very good food! really happy to find this place !

it’s a little bit far away from everything! the road to the bamboo cottages is very bad!

Room and meals were on the beach. Calm, quiet cove for swimming. Perfect turquoise water at bathtub temperature. Super comfortable and sturdy lounge chairs under shade structure. Beautiful flowers and gardens. Spacious room. Healthy and fresh food. Plenty of vegetarian options. Library with books in many languages. The staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Hope to go back.
