Location breakfast

The wifi connection was very very terrible at second floor. We could not even open a website... otherwise is the room #203 very noisy. There seems a router beneath the floor and we could hear it all night...as well as the old fridge in the room. We reported it and got kind reply. but it is very hard to change it unfortunately...

Very Neve small hotel. Needed to stay close to airport . This one is. Located close to by stop. Very beautiful inside! Vert clean! Family running hotel. Lady was soooooo nice and helpful! Great coffee for the morning and the other food.

Note to the owner: we are still waiting for you to contact booking.com for the reimbursement. You are a dishonnest person and non professional. Booking.com finds very weird that you don't even answer their messages!

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. The offered breakfast is just eggs, croissants and some drinks, so not exactly much, but still pleasant. Good location overall, just a 10 minute bus ride to the main touristic attractions. Cosy garden. You can buy bus tickets right there, which is very convenient.

The wifi was working only with some additional efforts

Great location close enough to Venice to take a quick bus ride there, but out of the hustle and bustle of the city so quiet at night and a safe place to leave your car. Felt very safe leaving personal items in room when we went out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything in the room was very clean and in good condition. Overall we were happy with our stay here and would recommend it to anyone just looking for a comfortable and safe location near Venice.

Air conditioner doesn't stay on all day when you leave, so during the hot summer it was hot when we got back from a day out and it took a long time to cool down the room. Water pressure in shower was low. Internet had a weak signal. None of these were huge issues though and the positives outweighed the negatives for sure.

Location close from the airport, 15 minutes from Venezia. Stone thrown from the bus stop, regular buses. Lovely room, nice and clean. Everything you need downstairs, from coffee to tabacco and bus tickets

Exellent location. The bus is just on the door step. Room s are clean.

The wifi signal wasn't reaching to the room, I think they need to put other rooters on each floor

Liked the location. Only 18 mins to the airport and less than 20 minutes to the city. Restaurants just outside the hotel and only 8.minutes walk to find a local grocery.

No Wifi in the 2nd floor especially inside the room we stayed . I suggest a router in there otherwise good internet connextion especially at the ground floor.

I reserved this for my daughter, who was traveling solo. Her review: "It was really lovely! The host was really kind and let me borrow her charger because mine broke. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. Loved it ❤️" Bus stop across the street was very convenient, both in arriving from the train, and getting to the airport the next morning.

Great location, close to busstop to Venice

While being only at 10 minutes by bus and even less by car to Venice, this place is clean, well organized and the staff is kind.

The room could be bigger

A really convenient place to stay if you are arriving in Venice by car. The free parking and a great bus connection make it very relaxed. The staff was very helpful. The coffee was good. The room had everything one would need.

The bed was quite hard. Not a problem for a one night stay, though.

We liked the rooms, they were really large and very comfortable!

I really can't say that there were anything to complain about!
