Luxurious apartment right next to a bus stop to Venice & very friendly hosts! Thanks for a great stay

small things like no kettle & couldn’t find a washing machine in our place but other than that had excellent facilities

fabulous helpful staff - plenty tourist info provided. comfortable accommodation.

we needed a place with parking and close to the airport.

1. We arrived to the main gate and buzzed, no answer. Tried to call 2 numbers from online listing and the sign in the gate - no answer. Since we read it happened to others and they tried other gates we immediately started circling the place and tried all 3 gates we were able to find - no luck there too. We were there with our 8 month old baby who was very tired after a long day. So at that point we contacted booking.com and they were able to contact the host. It still took a few long minutes until he arrived there driving his car and opened the office. we arrived 1725 he arrived at aprox 18pm. When we confronted him about why we had to go through all this unpleasant experience in the first place - he blamed us that we communicated the wrong check-in time (7pm). That was a complete lie - we filled 15-16pm and during the day updated him that we'll arrive between 17 and 1730 (and indeed arrived at 1725) in the messages interface (after he was the first to message us through there). the 19pm was a complete false. We didn't even hear a lousy "I'm sorry", only a rain of excuses in broken English. 2. Our entire stay was payed in advance except for a few euros of a local tax. He got it wrong and tried to charge us additional 30 euros he mistakenly thought we haven't payed. We were able to prove we payed and this mistake was innocent I believe, though annoying still. Overall probably worst check-in experience I had in at least a decade. 3. As for the apartment itself - the baby's mattress didn't fit the pack-n-play so I had to improvise with rolled towels to stop the mattress from moving while the baby is sleeping. Attached extra photos that speak for themselves, don't think this place is good value for money to begin with. We booked it because we wanted something close to the airport. We read those disturbing reviews and hoped we will have better luck there, but we didn't.

There were a lot of stink bugs, we had to clean them up first, but beside that, property was clean, and comfortable. A bit too expensive though considering value for money, for beginning of October.

My son chose our apartment online. his favourite in or close to Venice & it was lovely. swimming pool & gardens are well looked after

there was nothing we didn’t like. the staff where welcoming & put ballon’s & banners up for my sons16th. made him feel special & a private car picked us up from the airport with his name on a board. The owner drove us to Venice. he was very friendly &kind. thank you 🙏 for every thing Lorenzo. we can’t wait to return 💚

I wish I could remember his name but the Host was extremely helpful! He let us check in early and told us all about Venice, how to get around, the best attractions etc. The room was like a mini apartment! We had so much room for all our stuff and it was very clean! The pool was super clean and the lawn chairs were so comfortable! We also really liked the private parking behind a locked gate!

Not really a big deal but when they said breakfast included I was thinking they would have the breakfast ready lol but they bring you a carton of eggs and some bread and cheese. Still yummy!

A perfect tranquil haven out of the hustle and bustle of Venice. It was really easy to reach Venice by bus from a stop right outside the villa. The pool was great, we swam everyday. The Sun loungers were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had lots of new fixtures and fittings. It was a brilliant trip!

Host is very very nice. help me a lot for finding restaurant supermarkets and so on.

The territory is very nice. You can park outside and it’s free. Also the place is pet friendly and no fee was charged.

It was cold in the rooms, we slept in sweaters. There was no soundproofing at all, snoring was heard from another room. The furniture and apartment decor are pretty strange, rooms are not cozy.

By bus, tram to Venice. Super easy. Use of golf car to transport our suitcases and a lot of other stuff. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning. Quite place.

A lot of restaurants are closed or bankrupt due to covid 19. So it was difficult to find something nearby.

Nice big apartment. Easy to go to Venice using the nearby bus stop. Private (secure) parking.

The apartment is very bad sound isolated so we could hear even a phone call from the neighbors. When we where there the garden (which is really big) was being done, with lots of noise, starting from early in the morning.

Nice place and nice pool. Ver clean. Large property and spacious apartments. fenced in and very easily accessible by car. Dog friendly place.

Well connected, but takes a bit of time to get to Venice by Public transport.
