Great location for everything at South Bank. Nice modern and simple decor/vibe. Clean.
We were given a disabled room (not by request and not what we booked). This was fine, however the bathroom is fit for someone requiring the extra amenities ie. The toilet has no lid and there wasn’t an extraction fan or window and the toilet was also very high, which wasn’t overly comfortable for someone on the shorter side. We didn’t mention this to the property as we won’t actually asked how our stay was by staff and didn’t want to cause issue.

The Gym could do with a few new equipment. Gym was well located near the pool. Daily Car parking rate too expensive.

I have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott 5x in the last three weeks whilst my son receives treatment at the Qld Children's Hospital.
The front of house staff are EXCEPTIONAL. Their service is second to none. They went above and beyond the cater to our needs and requests throughout our stays.
The location, parking, facilities, rooms, and cleanliness are five-star 🌟
The non affiliated Cafe Otti downstairs is always incredible.

We truly enjoyed the upgrade to a Premium Suite with a balcony and bath. The view was amazing. We stay in this hotel regularly, as our home away from home, and have consistently good experiences.

Lovely staff as soon as you walked in, close by to the south bank precinct & train station. Spacious room. Keep clean and tidy. Water stations on each floor were fantastic and meant we didn’t have to purchase water each time we were out
Would have loved to have had a suitcase stand, and a slightly bigger mini fridge. Was a little noisy at certain times being close by to hospitals, although not unbearable.

The staff were the highlight of the trip for us. Everyone we encountered was friendly and wanted to help or just have a chat to see how the stay was. The facilities were excellent and modern. Loved the central location honestly cannot fault our stay

Sometimes it's the little things - Free spring water bottle on every floor, quickly replenished when I told the front desk it had run out and (even more to my surprise), free sparkling water on tap in the onsite restaurant downstairs. Great work!

There was a very loud banging noise all day, bathroom was small - fine for overnight but would be not suitable for longer stays. Restaurant on site wasn’t fantastic.

Cafe downstairs provided fast fresh food and the coffee was good too. Staff were friendly and super efficient service. We had a time frame to leave by and made it NO problem. LOVED the complimentary bubbles on arrival! Lovely touch ❤️

check in was 24hrs so great for busy/late travellers, staff were lovely, the room was clean and spacious and the facilites were kept in great condition, super easy to find as well
