The location of the hotel is just right in the city center so it is very convenient to eat and shop. The parking is very good with plenty of spaces. We got the upgraded room which was comfy for us and it's very clean. The breakfast was ok.

Ambra Cortina Hotel is a fabulous place to stay in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo. I frequently travel for work and was very impressed by my stay at the hotel - definitely one of the best experiences I've had. The entire staff - Mudi, Alessia, Francesca, Bianca, Tania, and the housekeeping and restaurant staff - are wonderful and are quick to provide support and offer recommendations. I was very impressed with how each staffer provided excellent, friendly, helpful assistance and went above and beyond to provide the highest quality service, giving the hotel a five star service feel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and immensely comfortable. Linens, pillows, and towels are very high quality and provide an excellent night's sleep and the bathroom amenities are excellent. The hotel is well situated in the center of Cortina, close to all restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and cafes and is a 1 minute walk from the bus station with the bus to Venice. I appreciated the owner's meticulous eye for design and how each room presented a different theme, giving a unique and classy experience to the guest's stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices and options. I will definitely stay here again!

Nothing - everything was wonderful!

The room was very clean and the furnitures are very nice with comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with oven fresh bread. The hotel is in a good location to everything you need in town and the staff are friendly and helpful.

There are some construction work ear by the hotel which makes the outside less attractive.

Rooms are typically quite small; this is more of a small B&B, but owner is marketing this as a four star boutique hotel with some kind of fashion and glamour gimmick, so you come expecting more and feel disappointed. Clearly overpriced for the kind of hotel this is.

Central location

Expensive, though peak season, for the price I paid I would have expected a bigger room with a shower. Rooms were hot and tiny.

The location was very convenient and nicely separated from many of the other resorts - leaving one with a small town feeling rather than a bustling resort scene. The decor and staff were also lovely - particularly we bonded with an amazing man at the front, Mudi. His attention to detail and attitude were above and beyond and we hope to come back and stay here again!
