We’re a family of 5 (three children aged 15, 13 and 8) so finding somewhere to suit all our needs is often difficult. This place was perfect - we got an early check in and two rooms near to each other, as per our requests. Two big pools, brilliant slide and a smaller raised pool for chilling out in. Always sun loungers available and a beautiful beach too. There was a small gym, pool table, air hockey, tennis courts and table tennis table. The breakfast had a great range of food and drinks and the hotel was just a short walk from lots of bars, restaurants and shops. We ate at the hotel once too, which was good value for money.

The mosquitos were a bit of a pest and the watered down alcohol in cocktails was frustrating - although we found this everywhere we went in Khao Lak. Other than these small bits, it was brilliant.

Das Hotel hatte zwei Bereiche durch eine Straße getrennt. Der Beach Wing lag wie benannt direkt am Strand mit separatem Pool, einer Strandbar und genügend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch der obere Bereich hatte zwei riesige Pool und genügend Liegen, aber es war definitiv nicht ausgelastet. Das Frühstück war gut und es wurde immer zügig nachgelegt, auch wenn man erst relativ spät zum Frühstück gegangen ist, hat man alles bekommen.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war definitiv defekt, unsere gesamten Klamotten waren immer richtig feucht und auch die Betten waren unangenehm klamm. Diese Feuchtigkeit hat man einfach nicht rausbekommen, auch wenn wir den ganzen Tag die Abzugslüftung im Bad anhatten. Nach Anfrage an der Rezeption, hatte sich das wohl ein Techniker angeschaut, aber laut Aussage, lag es wohl daran, dass die anderen Zimmer zu kalt eingestellt waren und demnach bei uns dann zu feucht wird. Der Pool war viel zu warm. Die Poolbar im oberen Hotelbereich war nicht besetzt und absolut vergammelt. Es gab viele kleine defekte um den Pool herum, wo man sich leicht hätte verletzen können. Die Grünanlage bedarf mehr Pflege.

Great location. Great room. Excellent breakfast. Good facilities - restaurant and pool with access to the beach. And of course friendly staff. Can’t fault anything.

Frühstück Top, Zimmer sehr gute Lage (Meerseite) und gepflegt, Strand Top, Zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig, 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Bars und Restaurants an der Hauptstraße.

Bei der Pflege der Außenanlagen gibt es leichten Verbesserungsbedarf, Bedienung an der Beachbar hat Luft nach oben.

The room was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely and they had decent cocktails too.

A big resort with large pools. We had a very roomy pool villa close to the Olympic size pol at the back in the garden. Moniter lizards, birds and even a tree shrew seen. Staff friendly and room service food we ordered was good. Breakfast had a fair selection.

We were under the impression that we had a vila near the beach which was not so, Beds ver hard but soon rectified with toppers. Facilities limited due bookings and the beach facilities quite a way from room.
