the room decoration was as expected…

the handle of one of my brand new luggage, was broken by the one of the bell boy and he didn’t said anything.

The breakfast is very good, the location is not bad, but out of the way of the city in a hill, once there is pretty, but the way there is thru some middle class and poor neighborhoods.

My major problem was that a weeding was taking place and it ran until 2:30 am with loud music, and then people lingering around drunk until 3:30 am shouting and loud talking. No one could sleep!!!!

The staff did not seem to care about balloons from a pre-existing event that remained on the property and the guard did not stop and check us before entering the entrance of the compound.

Breakfast was good; should allow for more choices

Well room reservation was not available; your website took my reservation and after driving for almost 2 hours, we were told there was a wedding and no rooms available, so they gave us a room reserved for emergency in the basement.......it was late, we were very tired and we accepted, but they did not offer nothing for our inconvenience.

It’s a beautiful property with great views and an upscale restaurant. Breakfast was excellent!

The rooms are outdated. Our so called “Budget room” was located in the basement and after $104 initial rate + taxes&fees cost us $147. This was not the Booking quoted price with taxes and fees of ($135). This is just not worth it!
