Very nice and helpful staff.. The only thing working good in the room was the ac, and the bed was some what comfortable..

FYI, the casino is not even open.. One of the reasons I decided to stay there. My fault since I didn't call to verify but then again why would I have too. The bathroom was old and in bad shape and Door handle almost falling off. Mildew on the glass door. Door didn't close properly.. Very poor lighting in the room.

The employees were ok and the size of the room was good.

Upon checkin the system had been down all day and they weren’t able to find my reservation. I had to wait almost an hour for a resolution to be found for them to end up making another one when the one I had was prepaid making me have issues later on. The first night I got there the was an immense amount of noise. There is a club right downstairs. I could hear everything as if it was right next door I couldn’t get any sleep neither my kids. People standing outside the hotel doors yelling and arguing from the club. There was no kind of variety in the food and the kind of food they did have tasted old as if it was days old instead of made fresh daily I got sick!!. The water barely got hot when going to shower and when it did it took forever to do so. There is no elevator making it very uncomfortable to carry all of your bags up 2 flights of stairs which is equal to 4 flights. Not worth the money your paying!

The location and the fact that it is a historical site.

The entire place needs some TLC. Some features in the bathroom were really old and didn't work properly. The worst part was the disco right next to the hotel. The music was blasting so loud that we couldn't sleep until 2:30am when the music stopped. It was so loaded that our room was shaking and the cars' alarm went off.
