The location was great. There was a church nearby. There were grocery stores, restaurants, and parks. The staff was courteous. The price for the stay was very cheap

The lady that finally met us for Chek in as very kind
No one in location on arrival - several people airing to get in and e rétine tried to contact staff - 45 minutes to get jd of someone e and another hour to wait for this person to arrive ( just to be told the rooms with private bathroom no longer possible) and the main facilities and open aria kitchen and chill out no longer was in operation / so one was doomed to stay in a 8 m2 room with no exterior - with old bathrooms down the hall - and at night when someone e arrived - the hall would light up (nice for those arriving - but less for those sleeping on the tiny rooms that had a window above door to hall ….Ie your room was lid up several times in the night ( Ie if anyone needed to loo etc )
Apart from this we missed the Pos to make a cup of tea etc -as no one told us there was a little tea kitchen in the reception …. Only next day we saw the door open ….
But all in all the location was close to all !!

unfortunately this place doesn’t seem to well used lately, so much so that it was locked up tight and nobody answering the door as I arrived mid-afternoon. it was however quickly resolved when somebody upstairs finally let me in and helped me to my room.

The kitchen was very minimal. Also, a lot of the hostel was closed off.

location was great. although apparently my booking was not known, reception was pleasant and helpful. I was able to check in early and check out a little late too.
The room was quite small and quite noisy in the evening; people came in at various hours of the night and closing the door was heard.

Wifi works great, clean place, cafe onsite, AC/fan works, laundry service
The water was shut off the last day of my stay without notice and there was no communication about it. Prior to the water being shut off the hot water was mostly nonexistent everyday. The attitude and personality of one of the onsite staff wasn't the best. Also they don't respond to all messages. There's no kitchen so you have to eat out.

.Very clean with comfortable beds and excellent air con.
The day to day running of the place is an absolute shambles. Nobody there when you need them ,and the chap doing the administration, really let's the place down.

Läßt Minute booking (two Day bevor arrival). One Day bevor i reciefed a Massage to prove my stay in Form of pay pal or direct money Transfer - the Information reichen me in the afternoon before my arrival. Mails that this is to short time to Do and of this before my arrival wheren't answert.
I asked how is the Best was to get from the caribe bus Station to the hotel: now answer. Upon Requisiten i toll my arrival time. When i got there the Personal was Not there (about 6pm), only stuff off the Cafe, weich Has nothing to Do whith the hotel and was not informed of course.

Location in center of Santiago, very convenient, close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Staff is very friendly and comforting, place is clean, safe, and has a great relaxed, artsy atmosphere. I always stay there and recommended it to my friends, too

Nice and friendly English speaking staff. Parking in backyard. Clean room and common bathrooms. Great restaurant in the hostel.
Not much furniture in the room. No breakfast on Sunday (the menu looked great, unfortunately we couldn't try it).

Right in the center, well connected to the monument, restaurants and bus station. Nice staff, café up front.
A rooster in a garden belonging to the property started crowing at 2:30 a.m. and repeatedly did so every 10-15 minutes until dawn (of course). If it were just the early morning, it may be seen as a natural alarm clock, but if it goes on the entire night, travellers should know. The rooms on the left hand side of the floor are affected.
