This place is beautiful what you see on the photos is the same if you stay inside I go back 100%

Everything. I will not stay anywhere else unless they are full. I love everything about this place. It is a gem.

.The garden is an example of garden aragament. It's basically a small botanical garden. We were passing through but if we had more days,we could have stayed more. Some of the fittings of the plumbings could be fixed but worked ok. There was the highway noise but not that strong.

Highway noise.they could use some sound deadening panels or a green wall. But it was manageble.

Beautiful home, very tranquil.

Very comfortable and calming atmosphere. There a grill you can use to bbq and hammock to sleep. The pool was pleasant and clean. Was able to relax away from the stressful city environment.

I liked almost everything. See below for the exception. The service is great. The staff are amazing and the facilities awesome. As long as I can reserve here, I will not go anywhere else when visiting Santiago.

The last day where there were people that did not allow me to use the pool or the facilities because there were outside people using the facilities without any notice to the renters. I wish notice would have been given.

I like everything about the place. It is quiet, comfortable and beautiful. It is feels like a meditation place with all the plants and flowers surrounding the place. You are able to cook your own food and the staff is awesome. I also feel very safe and secure. The pool is great along with the grill. I will not stay at any other place as long they have space for me.

People not cleaning after themselves but it won't stop me from staying there.

Lovely grounds and landscaping, large community kitchen, laundry facilities, terrace, and plenty of space in the common areas even when full. Rooms have refrigerators which is very helpful. Nowhere to eat within walking distance so bring food with you. Some local places will deliver. Safe and inexpensive place to leave luggage if you take overnight trips like I did.

First night I arrived late evening to find the air conditioner didn't work. Didn't want to call anyone due to the hour but that was a mistake. Much too uncomfortable to sleep with open windows and a fan. They did give me another room the next night while they fixed the a/c. The same a/c failed on my last night there. The manager told me on the phone that there were no other rooms. Thankfully Sharon, the owner, was on the premises and she gave me another room avoiding a problem. I wonder what made the manager think there weren't any rooms available. The worst night of the stay started Sunday evening when what seemed like half the neighborhood showed up to get drunk and scream a lot. A LOT. It ended at 4 a.m. Monday morning to the sounds of synchronized vomiting. Need to keep the lowlifes out and perhaps have an overnight attendant.

Everything else was great. Location, facilities, access to kitchen, access to pool. Colmado neat by to have anything delivered. Pizzeria Crunchy Pizza was good and they deliver. It was a wonderful, quiet place to stay.

Staff was not on premises. Needed to call when needed. However, they responded quickly. Also, I had to clean the pool when I wanted to use it.

Muy muy Natural, los arboles de frutas son muy increibles. Una mata de Carambola es mi favorita, con frutas muy deliciosas.

Well , the Property is a bit Remote, but if that is what you’re looking for - Perfect. Bring food and use the spacious kitchen.
