Прекрасный персонал,всегда идут на помощь,особенно Fah))отель в европейском стиле,на ночь в холл можно зайти только по чипу,поэтому посторонних ночью не бывает,что безопасно)недалеко от пляжа и большого рынка)идеальное соотношение цена-качества

Location is very central to all the shops, bars, etc. beach is just a few minutes walk away. Staff are very courteous and go the extra mile to serve. Rooms seem to be recently renovated.

Not very well maintained

The hotel is nice, it is in a good location and the staff were very good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was very spacious.

Going off other Citrus hotels it felt as though they were in the middle of taking over this hotel. For example, compared to other citrus hotels the rooms are not as modern or nice. If we came Patong again we would stay at this hotel but would request a room away from the road as it was very loud. Although the balcony was very good the rooms at the front need double glazing.

The location was ok

The hotel shower did not work properly- only very hotbor cold water- could not shower properly- first day after checkin was made to switch rooms after opening full luggage as washroom was not working. There was so much loud noise from the streets- not sure why need to have balconies in such a location- overall bad

We arrived at 11pm and our room was not ready, the girl at the reception was absolutely kind and did her best to help us. They moved us in a twin bed room where the phone was not working and we were not able to call the reception. Finally the next day they move us to a room with a queen bed and the fridge was not working... Every room a different problem, maybe they should maintain better the hotel.

I liked that it was close enough to the beach and the main strip of bars/restaurants but enough removed that it was semi peaceful to come back to. The rooms are good size, fairly clean and there is good hot water. Has all the basics.

It’s clearly still under renovation. The 2nd floor had construction going on of what looks to be like a small cafe. The gym is a joke, 2 cardio machines that don’t work, a set of rusty dumbbells and a bench all crammed together without enough space to use without being in the way of the other. No space for a mat or towel and an A/C unit too high on the wall to turn on for most people. The pool is also very misleading, it’s small and shallow and the 4 chairs they have close by are the only space to set up, sit, etc. it’s also on the ground floor, surrounded by buildings so no breeze. I also had an issue checking in where they didn’t have the room I booked so I had to spend a night in a lesser quality one with no compensation because I booked thru Booking . com and the hotel said they cannot change anything when you do that. (I made several attempts - email, messaging, phone call - to reach Booking . com for assistance with no response and still no replies to this day)
