The bellboy/the person at the main door was very helpful and welcoming
We were happy to have rooms on top floor, 12th floor
We had help from reception staff to get a taxi on tje day we left. Much appreciated.
The reception staff were not always welcoming.
They never looked up when we entered the hotel lobby. They could say hello and wish a good day.
The room was comfortable BUT there should be a separation in the bathroom for the shower space.
During the shower , water was all over the room
and it was not safe specially with a baby who slipped . Fortunately, he was not hurt.

As i have mentioned in my previous reviews, this is one of the hotels that i would stay every time i visit Kuala Lumpur. On our day of arrival, the check in process was done smoothly. I have booked 2 Executive Deluxe Room and requested both room located on the same floor. Unfortunately, the moment we entered our rooms we encountered few problems. One of the room's door handle was not working. The most scary part is the room can be accessed by anyone even if it's locked from the inside. I called the front desk staff regarding this issue and he did his best to repair the door handle and replaced it with a new one. Once the first room issue was solved i checked on the other room at which i was staying. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working and the room was so hot. I called the front desk staff again and he confirmed that there was a problem with the controller unit. I had no choice and insisted to move into a better room with the same category. Fortunately, the front desk staff managed to accommodate me in a better room on the 9th floor. I would like thanks Kugan the front desk staff on duty that day for his best effort dealing with my issues. After all i had a great stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang.
Please provide iron and iron board inside the room especially Executive Deluxe category for the convenient of your hotel guest. Some guest might having issue ironing their garments at the hallways especially when there are people going in and out from their room.

The aircond was not functioning good enough at night.

Room service did not clean the water glasses, they just put the glasses on the bathroom without cleaning it. after that we had to clean the glasses for our use.

Location is near to Monorail Jalan Imbi station, Berjaya Time Square, Lalaport and can walk to Bukit Bintang in a short distance or you can use monorail. View is good from the room. Spacious room and bathroom.
