Nice location in the center of Patong, good price, nice basic breakfast. Also we had a very early check in 10.00 am at no extra cost.

The zink in the washroom was leaking water, making the entire bathroom floor soaking wet.

A good price-quality hotel. In a good area, everything is nearby. Pleasant service. I recommend living in a room with a balcony, it is larger in size.

The location was further away from the beach then I expected. But it was near the Walking street.

At arrival at night (23:10 hour) it took a while when the staff checked in us. As we definitly see she was drunk. The next day when we came back in the evening to our room it was not cleaned and no new towels. The swimmingpool was not maintained while the poolwater was green and dirty. Breakfast was very simple. When we checked out in the morning 05:00 there was no reception or security. So we left the keys at the reception desk.
