Excelente personal, atención, ubicación, estacionamiento gratis, agua, café gratis 24 horas al día, y entramos antes del check in
El desayuno debe variar, camas queen muy pequeñas, y no confíen en la recomendación brindada para el servicio de rental car, pésimo eso!

O quarto é muito confortável e a limpeza é impecável. Todos os funcionários são profissionais qualificados e muito simpáticos. Foi uma estadia excelente.
O café da manhã é simples e repetitivo. Pelo preço, pensei que teriam mais opções, principalmente de comida não mexicana. Acredito também que o preço estava além do que era oferecido pelo hotel, mas entendo que era feriado e por isso estava mais caro. A localização é boa, mas é um pouco longe do centro histórico, cerca de 25 minutos de caminhada do Zócalo.

Location was excellent for us. We came to Oaxaca from the ADO bus station. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great typical Oaxacan and loved the fruit. A nice walk to the Zocalo. We would definitely stay here again

Big and confortable room. Very simple but everything is very functional. Ok breakfast. Great location a nice walk from city center and close to the murals and restaurants of Jalatlaco

Good value for money. I recommend especially for those that are driving and need a good parking place and at the same time can easily walk to the historic center from the hotel.

We did not expect much from this hotel for the price we paid. We only stayed one night in Oaxaca. Location is about 7 blocks from the Zocalo.

Good stuff, 24 hours tea/coffee/water. breakfast was tolerable. location is good 10min walking from the centre. good value for the money.

Noise level at night with patrons and during the day with loud service workers.

Staff was very friendly, both at the reception and the cleaning staff. We really liked the garage, the possibility to wash and dry our clothes for free (very clean washing machine, just bring the washing powder), the work environment in the lobby and the free water / coffee / tea there!
Breakfast was very basic. It was sometimes a bit loud, depending on the neighbour guests. My parents had a room neighbour who watched TV every morning before 6:00.

I liked breakfast. The selection and quality was very good. The laundry was a good thing for me! The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The location was quite good- a good walk to the centre of the city. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and the space was clean.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean. Good value for money.
The room didn't have an electric kettle so we could prepare our own coffee or tea in the room especially late in the evening. We had to leave the room, take the elevator down to the cafeteria, where coffee is available 24/7, make a cup of coffee from there, and take the elevator back up with our coffee, which is fine but could feel like a task if its late hours of the day. On the bright side, its free coffee at the cafeteria downstairs 24/7.
