Rooms has seen better days,looks and smells old,bathroom tub is leaking and broken,shower curtain doesn’t even cover the whole tub,toilet paper runs out because it was only half,was dusty as well

They let me stay at d old building and t’was with old furnitures with spider web on the ceiling and tv with 1 auto movie channel, dialing 0 if u need something no reply, u can hear the next room voice chatting with his family..

Staff were always very pleasant regardless of the time of day and nothing to too much trouble.

Although the food from the restaurant was always first class, a glass of wine would have topped off each evening. Although the food menus offered both red and white wine nothing was available except the local beer. As small thing but disappointing as the wine would have made the evening just that more pleasant.

The very nice hotel shuttle driver picking us up at NAIA T3, nice and helpful staff at the hotel and a Jollibee a short walk from the hotel. Booking my next stay at this moment.

We chose this hotel because its near naia. We stayed for 1 night since we have a connctng flight the nxt morning

Everything. We expected it to be nice since its anew building. Upon cheeck in took us 30-45mins. The receptionist was alone and a lot of guests were already lining up - our room was unfortunartly located in the old building we needed to pass by the eletric room which was scary and i was with 2 seniors with trolleys! How inconvenient - upon opening the door. there were COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!! CALLED FRONT DESK THAT WE WANT TO BE TRANSFERRED. WHILE TRASFERRING US, they didnt eve aplogized and blamed the cleaning staff. No its in the building. And pest control should be done! I paid for 2.3k and it wasn't even worth it with only 7 hours of stay. Wouldn't recommend it ! Pls find another hotel

As a whole my stay I would say was pleasant. Staff were accomodating.

I got disappointed though with the room given because it was not the room i reserved for. The picture shown on the website to which I booked for was totally different from the actual.room given to me.
