We loved our stay at green view holiday resort. The hosts were as nice and welcoming as can be. They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed during the time that we were there and took really good care of us. We stayed in two separate rooms so had a lot of space, enjoyed dinner and loved the pool. We took a tuk tuk or a bus to the city and it was super easy. We were happy to be located out of the city center. If you are looking for a place that isn’t in the center we highly recommend this one.

a little bit isolated, 10km from city centre

Calm village with beautiful houses, rice paddies and small shops. The swimmingpool is big and good for swimming. The family is very friendly and helpful. The son helped me to get my dialog app, so I always have internet access. The father helped me get pick me app, so I easily can get a tuktuk to a local price. The family drives to Kandy city regularly, so I have been able to get a ride sometimes for free. It should also be easy to get to the city with bus. The breakfast is big and good. I got bread with butter and jam, fruit, pancakes with coconut sugar, omelet and tea. You can also choose local breakfast. I often had free lunch which was very tasty. I stayed for 10 days, because I liked that it was quiet, local, good food, swimmingpool, easy to get to the city, cheap and also a good workplace (I was working on a website). Remember to go to the local temple - it's like a hidden gem in the mountain. Ask the host😊

The place was amazing and food and facilities were fantastic. Recommended to stay with family. The owner was very kind and give full support to find everything. Pool was in quality to enjoy with kids.

How quiet it is, away from the busy kandy.. the owners are very welcoming and very nice. Serene place to decompress. Would love to come back when SL is back full swing. Will stay here again

Family room a bit small when you have teenage boys but suits our purpose.pool water need to be maintained but do understand as with rolling brown outs and sometimes all day, it is difficult.

Fantastic place for families- very flexible and caring staff. Surroundings excellent and very clean. Swimming pool lovely and clean. Excellent food - owner and family very easy going and flexible. He organised tours and taxis for us. We would definitely come again.

Cozy, Nice and clean hotel! Nice pool and green garden near the jungle. Helpful and nice staf. The hotel driver was great and drove us to many great places and we learned many things about Sri Lanka.
