Convenient location, clean, budget price, helpful and friendly manger.

Unfortunately, during our stay there were issues with two other 2 other guests, both involving drugs. The manager was helpful in seeking to deal with the situation, but it certainly detracted from our stay.

Room was clean and tidy. You can't expect to much at this price.

Unfortunately due to the housing shortage I assume there looks to be long term accomodation being provided at this hotel. Many of these residents are drinking, smoking and talking very loud all night. I was woken about 3am every night. With a domestic on the last night outside my room at 2am.

Very comfortable clean rooms and away from highway noise. Within close distance for my appointments. Have stayed here previously too and the owner/manager back then, Denise, was always lovely The new owner/manager, Daniel is wonderful too. Friendly and extremely helpful, Daniel is doing a fantastic job. I’ll definitely keep staying at Aspley Pioneer Motel when I travel to Brisbane.

From arriving to leaving everything was good, a really high degree of cleanliness, hot water in the shower really good and hand piece was great not a fixed shower head, location very good near the city but not wright in , for the money very good we will be back when attending our next doctor's appointment

The motel was very clean and the staff were really nice. In fact, they went above and beyond to help my son and I, since we were pretty stressed because of moving house.

The pool was dirty and there were no pool towels. It was a pity because it was VERY hot at the time we stayed and we could have done with a relaxing dip. Ah well. In the scheme of things, it was a minor thing.
