I wish there was a lower rating than 1. The apartment was in terrible state.

Every single furniture or stuff was broken in this apartment. The dining table and chairs are shaking as well. The apartment was not even close to what was shown on booking.com . When we raised the concern to the hotel they showed us another apartment in the hotel and the condition was the same as well plus the hotel asked for extra 300 euros.We are getting zero value for money. I dont think this place should even be available on booking to be booked by anyone. We used the kitchen and found stoves are not working properly, in the bathroom the water is clogging even just with shower. The experience was terrible and we didnt even get any refund or compensation from either booking.com or the property and we were charged in full even though we had complained so much about it. PLS DONOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! Its a waste of money and time.

The location and the design of the apartment

In the apartment, there are a lot of failures. One of the windows is broken, and so are the sun blinds, when you do the shower all the water goes outside the cable...also the main door is broken. In the kitchen, there are two forks, two glasses, two planes, there isn't salt or oil, a tablecloth..it's really unfurnished.

The facilities were deteriorated and the apartment was very dirty apart from the fact that there was no hot water, only cold water, lack of kitchen utensils, lack of special things such as salt and oil, things that such a basic kitchen needs

The hostel is like as üt is hown on bookingg. We liked the beds , the wide rooms, the bathroom.

The temprature of the room. There was no remote controller of the air conditiıners so my students were hot on the first floor. And the hand of the bathroom door and the entrance door were problematic sı we coundt close and open easily.

location is nice. close to the center, metro, amusement park, etc

it was dirty, with mole in the toilet, sewer blockages and really bad smell in the bathroom. overall the room looked very unkempt, old, with many small issues.

Double beds, large kitchen and dining.

No TVs or tea and coffee supplies.

The worst thing was one of the nights - Saturday - in which we had to stand with the party of the adjacent apartment, which resulted to be the owner´s or caretakers´s home (where the reception). The walls were really thin and we had to bear the high volume of the music and the shouts until we decided it was enough and called the attention, past midnight. We chose the apartment despite the low rating in booking just because of the price and location. In fact, we realized you can stay in places further away as Vienna has a very good tramway network.

Location was great.

Can not fault the Aurellia Appartments

The interior design was beautiful and very modern, it was well equipped. The location was great. The reception staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

The light in the bathroom was flickering.

The neighborhood is calm. The bed is big enough and comfortable.

The kitchen amenities are very poor. The apartment is not very well clean and disrepair. We had to change the room because the first room the door didn't close well, the doorframe was broken. Not only in our apartment, also in a few more. They should take a look at that.

Very spacious rooms, well equiped. Nice decoration and well equiped.

The floor of the room was unstable, there were bumps. I missed having a pan in the kitchen. And also, it is advisable that the towels should be bigger, if not, there should be a warning to bring our own towels because the ones in the room were too small. Finally, the bedsheets were awful, there were two small ones that formed a big one and during the night, both of them separate and you get cold.

The appartment was very warm

extremely pungent smell of sewage, which judging from previous reviews the owner must be aware of we booked an apartment on the ground floor, were told on arrival that we would have to be on the 4th floor and that the lift had just broken (which was not true, because our colleagues in a different apartment of the building were told the same thing the night before) and would be repaired the next day - this actually did not happen until the 6th day of our stay. the towels provided were limited to one face towel per person, there were no bath towels or a floor towel for the shower - this was not mentioned in the description of the amenities of the room fittings in bathroom - hand basin, cabinets door - falling off, no shower basket or similar for personal toiletries, no hooks for the towel near the hand basin, rail for hand shower broken and not replaced, drain and shower walls mouldy fittings in kitchen - draws - broken, not enough utensils for four people, no sockets for coffee maker near the work surface, microwave wobbly, no kettle, freezer compartment thickly iced over, glass table chipped at the edge - „mended“ with plaster tape, no baking trays in the oven at least one of the light bulbs in all the rooms was broken and flashing so that one could not use them window handle broken, dust bin broken, vegetable tray in fridge broken, shelf in second bedroom broken, curtains coming off the hooks…so many things that could be mended without much effort

The room has wonderful terrace which not so common in the area. room was perfect in any way.
