Phoenix West II now The Oasis at Orange Beach, Luxury Condominium
Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize mit angrenzendem Badezimmer mit einem separaten Doppeldusche, Jacuzzi-Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken mit Granit-Bett. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten und das dritte hat zwei Doppelbetten. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Bäder angebracht. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben alle Smart TVs; 60 'im Wohnzimmer und 40' in den Schlafzimmern. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch DVR, Kabel, DVD und CD-Player und Sony Stereoanlage mit iPod und USB-Eingänge. Es gibt eine extra HDMI-Anschluss für eine Spielekonsole. Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf und weiße Sandstrände. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 24. Etage und bietet eine hervorragende Barsch zum Betrachten von Meereslebewesen durch den klaren Gewässern des Golfs. Dies ist das, was wir am meisten lieben zu dieser Wohnung. Sie können buchstäblich sehen die Schulen der Fische und Delfine durch das Wasser, als sie an zu schwimmen. Bringen Sie Ihre Kamera mit einer polarisierten Linse für die besten Bilder. Nach 4 Jahren der Suche haben wir uns für diese Wohnung, denn es hat alles; ein großes Fitnessstudio, ein Lazy River am Golf, große Innen- und Außenpools, liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, ganz zu schweigen von den Saunen, Whirlpools, Dampfbäder und Tennisplätze. Very pleased. Had to be creative with elevators but due to the volume of people wasnt bad. If you were in line at pool level.....walked up one or two floors and was able to catch an elevator. Will keep in mind for next trip. Ladies loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our family of 9 had ample space and bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves and coming out early in the morning to sip coffee while looking for sea life. We were able to see dolphins, fish and sting ray. We had a lovely stay and we hope to come back soon!
***I will mention that we did have issues as the elevators got really busy and the stairwells are not air conditioned. We really only had one experience where we waited about 30 minutes to use an elevator but the staff were courteous and got it sorted out as quickly as they could.

Spacious accommodations, clean, and comfortable. It is hard to tell the view from the pictures. It was a nice view but not an ocean view. Although there was not one square of toilet paper on the premises (emergency run to the store), our family, nevertheless, enjoyed the stay.

We had an amazing time staying in this condo. Having so many restrooms and beds made it the perfect place for our large extended family. I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars

Wonderful place for 4 adults and 4 kids. Was worried about elevators, but they were only an issue when a storm popped up and Saturday due to everyone checking in. Owner extremely easy to work with and quickly addressed an issue. Pools great and easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend

The Condo was just as described in VRBO. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Large indoor pool and hot tubs were a hit with the family. We enjoy being right on the beach and a short walk from the condo.

Great vacation home, with wonderful views for winter sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed our stay for New Years and saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. Highly recommend staying here any time of the year.

This was a fantastic condo for a group of guys who are old friends that go way back. We reunited for a few days on the beach, and this place was great for us. The view is fantastic - we saw sharks, dolphins, stingrays, and some large creature that remains unidentified! The building amenities were perfect too, and the location itself is central to a lot of things in town and also Gulf Shores. Owners were personable and easy to reach.
My only issue, and the reason for taking off one star, is that the condo was not equipped with enough basic necessities. We had to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, food containers, plastic wrap, etc. There was a minimum amount of cookware too.

Awesome condo for our Girl's trip. Loved being up high away from all the crowd noise. No problems with the condo or facility. Elevator waits were not a problem until check out time with luggage carts.
Parking spots were tight between columns and walls. Cell service was spotty due to the building frame, but having access to wi-fi helped.

Excellent on comfortable sleeping quarters, beds and ample towels and needed a few more blankets. Ample kitchen utensils and cookware. Quick response to bar ice maker repair and concern for heavy midnight partying and smoing from several levels making it impossible to enjoy full time use of porch. Security was lacking in answering the phone and responding.. Overall owners did great job of trying to correct incidences.

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was just as described on vrbo. Great amenities at the complex. The place was clean for the most part, but still a good bit of sand on the floors. I think it may just be impossible to completely remove all of it. The view was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the balcony!

Wasn’t sure about staying up high. We normally stay low. But the owners were right. It will really cool to see the ocean from a different view. Owner were super responsive. Loved it

The condo was nice so I’ll just state what needs help. The elevators are very crowded. Sometimes we waited over 30 minutes just to get on the elevator. We were on floor 24 or we would have just took the stairs most of the time. The parking garage doesn’t have any numbers until you get to the 8th floor so it’s difficult to know what floor you’re on until you go inside the building and see the numbers on the elevator. This would be such an easy fix. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the condo for my son’s baseball World Series tournament at nearby ball fields. The accommodations slept our family of four plus the grandparents comfortably. Having a washer and dryer in the room was appreciated! Views are beautiful and pool/beach access is great!

The condo was large enough for all of us, me, my husband, 2 daughters and their families. The condo was clean, well stocked with an amazing view. The owners were very nice and were easy to reach.

Four lifelong friends stayed at the condo for a week. It was beautifully decorated in beach motif and well equipped for just hanging out or having a complete meal prepared in the kitchen. There were plenty of linens for all of us . The location is great—not too far from several delicious restaurants. We all look forward to a repeat soon!

My significant other, my 13 year old daughter and I spent our spring break in Orange Beach. The condo was a perfect place for us. So many great things to say about it. It was very clean when we arrived and it's beautifully furnished. It truly felt like a home away from home. My S.O. and I spent a lot of our time on the balcony enjoying the incredible view and listening to the soothing ocean waves. My teenage daughter spent the majority of her time at the condo in one of the bedrooms (which she loved)! Dennis and Cindy were great to work with. They shared all of the information we needed before our trip. We had no problems getting a parking pass and getting into the condo upon arrival. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone's next visit to Orange Beach.

I paid for two parking spots $45 each and couldn’t find a place to park and some maintenance guy pounded on my door Sunday morning before 8:00 lecturing me that I had been parking in the wrong areas

Love the lazy river and the slide. Our room was well maintained and very user friendly. The only small complaint I have about the Phoenix West II concerns the fitness center. I use the fitness center daily while staying at the property and appreciate the quality of the equipment. Thank you. I do question why the fitness center has hours posted (7:00 am to 10:00 pm). For those of us who are accustomed to early morning workouts, 7:00 am is a late start. Seems like you should be able to use the fitness center whenever you wish to use it, especially since a code and bracelet are required to enter.the facility.

It is a great condo. Plenty of space for everyone. The favorite part for me is the bar ice maker, which means that we had plenty of ice for the coolers and drinks. The only negative thing I can think of is that one of the satellite remote was missing in the guest bedrooms. Maybe it was there, but I never found it. I highly recommend this condo!

The unit was just as described… it was very spacious, clean, and well kept. The condo, itself, had something for the whole family. The pools and lazy river were a BIG hit! I was a little worried about being up so high, but the view of the ocean was spectacular. The time that we were there, it was not extremely crowded and the wait for an elevator was very short.
The only suggestion I have for this specific unit….please provide a broom. The vacuum was great, but I didn’t want to wake everyone by vacuuming. A broom would have been much better. Also, add a few more pans for cooking, skillets and such. Otherwise, It was perfect!!

The lamps in the bedrooms would not work and would like to suggest adding tongs in the kitchen and a swiffer duster to sweep the floors. The coffee pot stopped working on the second day but there was a backup machine. But overall it was very nice.
In regards to the property, the chair rentals were an issue bc there were not enough and the elevators were a constant bottle neck.
