للاسف الفندق غير الصور تمام وقديم جدا حجزت 4 ليالي شامله الافطار والعشاء والافطار مكرر ولا يوجد فيه اي تنوع من المعروف في اغلب الفنادق يوجد اجبان وبيض مسلوق وهذا غير متوفر وكذالك العشاء مما اضطرنا للعشاء في مطاعم خارج الفندق في الليالي الاخيرة ولا يوجد اي تنوع في العشاء مما يشعرك بالملل من تكرر الأصناف انصح من يريد أن يحجز لا يتجه لهذا الفندق السعر مبالغ فيه ولا يوجد ما يقنع فيه اذا اردت الحجز احجز بدون اي وجبة وتقييم الفندق لا يستحق نجمتين هو عادي جدا

Really ...all more than expectation. Expected 3 star Hotel. In reasonable price. But I found more than my expectation. Starting from receptionist smile and hospitality. Really feeling at home. A peaceful but perfect location and with walking distance to Naama Bay activities and beach. Own swimming pool a big plus with possibility to use the beach. Nice ladies doing aroma therapy beside the pool area! Cosy place (again).

This time wifi was not fully reliable in the lobby, outside of it nor in the room which caused some challenges.

The room was hot and the AC kept going out, the food was awful, and my shower flooded the entire bathroom every time I used it.

Most of the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The cleaning service is very good and you can expect a new sculpture every morning made from the fresh towels. Breakfast is a self-service buffet and comprises a freshly made omelette with a wide choice of vegetables, serial and drinks. The evening meal is a self-service buffet with a very good range of vegetables, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes and a large selection of fruit and cakes representing very good value. Meals can be ordered through the day from the bar and are very well cooked at a very reasonable price. The pool is very clean and very well kept. You have access to a designated beach which is about ten minutes away (down a gentle hill to the centre of Narma Bay). The beach is well kept and a good range of meals and drinks are available. Like everything in Egypt, a small tip goes a long way, the locals do not have a high salary so any tip will be appreciated. Note there is a small supermarket on the main street which offers much better value than any of the shops. Our return flight was late in the evening and you have to be out of the hotel by 12.00 so I asked if I could pay to have our room for the afternoon and early evening, the price was a very reasonable $15. Taxi prices are very high so always book one through Booking.com.

I would have given the Nama Blue hotel a five-star rating but there was an incident at the end of the holiday which spoiled things somewhat. The hotel is rather tired in places and could do with some updating but it remains very good value for money. Our fridge was on full all the time so effectively became a freezer and it was not much use, some guests had the same problem and not all the air conditioning systems worked.The hundreds of local shop owners seem to think they are your best friend 10 seconds after meeting you and in reality, charge about five times the price of the supermarket for clothes, souvenirs and food. Don’t make the mistake of being too polite with these street salesmen, just say no thankyou and move on. I made the mistake of accepting a cup of tea with my new best friend and when in his shop two other heavies turned up and I had to buy some Egyptian perfume (which is rubbish) to get out of the place, cost me 95 GBP so not a nice experience at all! So, everything was very good until I went to check out, the man on reception said that I owed some money for drinks we had ordered. I explained that I had always paid for everything cash but he was adamant that I had signed a document for the drinks. I asked him to show me the document and after searching through a large pile of receipts he could not find it so said OK you can go! He had clearly made a mistake but there was no apology and he was far from friendly. Has this put me off staying at this hotel or recommending the hotel to others - definitely no because of the great value and service - I will not let one person spoil my experience.

Every thing with respect to Naama Blue was exceptional. We went to beach only once and that too, at the sunset so I can neither comment on beach nor we had any plan to swim in the sea. The room and the complimentary breakfast was really exceptional in quantity, quality and variety. The best we found in Egypt. I recommend tourists to use INDRIVE or UBER wherever possible and try to go to downtown Sharm el Sheikh for all their shopping and paid meals. The area around Naama Blue is very expensine as compared to downdown. Even added cost of INDRIVE or UBER from Naama Blue to downtown makes sense considering the cost difference and the quality of food. Friends, the money exchange rates all over Egypt are almost same so one can change the currency inside the airport or anywhere outside. If you dont want the night bus trip to Saint Catherine then negotiate a day trip with a local taxi. I did that trip of 9 hours with only two of us aboard in 2500 EGP.

Nothing about Naama Blue itself. Its only that the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood of Naama Blue are very expensive. So manage your shopping and food from downtown Sharm.

The staff were very helpful and replied very quickly to my questions before arrival.

I stayed at this hotel 8 days in December/January. The location is great. It’s very close to shops, markets, restaurants and cafes in the most beautiful place in Sharm el Sheikh, Naama Bay. 5-10 minutes walking to the private beach, you get free tickets for the private beach at the reception. It’s clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. The towels changed every day. The bed is comfortable. I slept very well. Very delicious and fresh foods. Clean in the restaurant. It’s very important for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and nice. Excellent massage ( greetings to Kareema). There are safe box and the kettle in the room. Absolutely recommend.

The water in the shower was not hot enough. The furniture and bathroom were a little dated.

dirty worn bed linen, but for the price paid I can’t complain really. it’s hard to get taxi to the hotel, as it is located in restricted area passing via police check point.
