The location was near a lot of super markets but the main street was also in walking distance. Nice hygiene and view.

The receptionist was great but the bellboys were a bit rude and rowdy. I panicked a little when they tried to ask me questions.

Clean and spacious room and bath room. Good variety breakfast buffet.

Misleading information about shuttle bus. There is no shuttle bus offered by the hotel. Casino in the hotel no longer in operation. We have booked and paid in advance for a family of 3 adults. The room should have been prepared for 3 sets of towels, bottled water, cups and toileties...etc. When we received the room at the check in time 15:10, the room was set for 2 people and we had to call the operator to bring enough for 3 people. And they were still missing some items, we had to call several times. And they only gave us less than half a roll of toilet paper with no spare roll, so we had to call the operator again. It's really annoying that we had to keep asking operator for missing and insufficient items. What kind of service is it for a so called 4 star hotel. Is Rio down grading itself?

Breakfast is very basic. I requested to have a large bed with my wife to stay but was arranged two beds only.

no early check in or late check out, water leaked from bathroom above and needed to change to another room in the middle of the night

nice hotel lobby and ok rooms. pool is nice despite being small and closing too early.

queue for check in is way too long. had to wait one hour in a queue. process doesn’t seem very time effective and not enough staff to handle the crowds. they manually write down each guest passport details. surely this can be improved. we paid for family room supposedly included breakfast but ended up being told at restaurant that the kids were not included in the family apparently since had to pay for breakfast.. that was a bit messed up. when I booked the room, I entered details for 4 people so breakfast should have been included for all room’s occupants otherwise it’s dishonest publicity to advertise the room as breakfast included for a family room. breakfast expensive (88/kid) and not very good. stale pastries and poor quality and variety of food.
