The staff were friendly and the bed was comfy.

The room wasn’t very clean, has a lot of dust snd stains on the carpets and curtains. The bath tub was full of marks and I felt uncomfortable getting in it

Great location, comfortable beds and the Spa service was brilliant.

Our deluxe family room was miles away from reception and was right above a club entrance with noise until the early hours

The air con didn’t work we were sweating in the night! The room had marks all over the walls and a big cut in the carpet! I stayed here years ago and rooms were beautiful this one was a complete let down wish we had gone to our usual hard days night! Catered for gluten free but no avoid of cross contamination was expected to use the same toaster as everybody else coeliacs can’t do this! The rooms were very clean though

Nice warm welcome by reception. Clean comfortable room. Chloe who did the spa treatments was brilliant, as was the welcome at the spa area. Good selection at breakfast. Massive beautiful bathroom and well appointed room.

Pool area is tiny and looked tired. Restaurant menu at night, had little selection and felt it was over priced. We had intended to eat in, having had a long journey, but we waited so long for someone to come and get our order, that we gave up & walked out. The restaurant was incredibly quiet. I've never walked out of any restaurant in my life! We tried to order cocktails in the upstairs lounge bar, but was told that only 1 member of staff in the whole hotel could do them? We changed bars, a nice Irish bar tender made them. The male waiting staff at breakfast were attentive and welcoming.

Good location near centre of Liverpool. Great bathroom

Was up until 4am as loud bass music could be heard from bars/clubs from outside. Ruined the stay. Bed was not comfortable for me

Poor workmanship within the rooms, loose taps, toilet seat, sanitary wear. Unable to open the windows and the whole hotel needs a refresh, walls are marked, carpets stained and windows are falling to bits.

Location was good

We were put in a room where there was a nightclub underneath and the stop playing music at 3am. I rang reception where they told me there was nothing they could do but knew of the issue!!!! Needs to be some pre warning regarding this when booking. We had no sleep and the only thing they offered was a fee breakfast.

Great staff, building and rooms a bit dingy and on need of some tlc. Spa also a bit rough around the edges but lovely massage.

Location is brilliant - Victoria st car park right across road (£13 for 24hrs). Less than 5 mins walk from all bars, clubs, restaurants, shops - 10mins to docks. Hotel is lovely, staff super helpful. Rooms spacious, beds very comfy. No negatives at all …

Expensive but if you weigh up car parking distance and location it’s probably on par ..

The AC heater wasn’t working E04 on the thing meant it wasn’t a fault in just my room but all the rooms. It was a bit cold. However did get two oil heaters which had little effect during the night

The spa but it wasn’t in with the price when booking the hotel

We were giving a disabled room first , got upgraded to a suite . The suite was freezing we had to sleep with a robe on us . Rang staff nothing done , I had to go down

Seule solution apportée : une 2me couette sur le lit et un chauffage d'appoint sur roulettes pour 2 nuits consécutives Pas d'excuse et 0 geste commercial, à éviter vraiment pourtant nous sommes très conciliants d'ordinaire

Was very disappointed with our stay

Our room was right by the nightclub we had no sleep at all due to the noise, we felt as though we were in the nightclub it was that loud!

Room was cold. Our left over room service food was left outside the room (as advised) overnight and until mid morning want taken until we spoke to reception. Spa was expensive for what it was, friends had a great massage mine wasn’t great.

Although it did not bother me, it would have been nice to be informed that there was a bar on the street right outside the room that didn't close until 3am that may have disturbed our sleep. Only one sanitary bag was available in the bathroom.

We didn’t have breakfast, lady on reception was lovely from Sri Lanka.

Room was a bit small.

The spa facilities were very very very poor. The sauna was cold. The swimming pool was freezing and the tub or spa pool. The real little one was freezing and all the tiles were floating in the water.

Great location. Staff incredibly friendly - we got a welcome cookie which was warm and delicious. Beds very comfy. Quiet at night. Lovely waterfall shower and proper hair dryer.

The room was grey and cell like. The high windows offered zero view of anything. The room bathroom had a musty smell that came back each time you closed the bathroom door. The cracked floor tiles in the bathroom meant we needed to have towels down for the start due concerns over sharp edges.

It was just a first class place to stay. Great value and central. Staff wonderful.
