I like the location, near the bus stop 6 and the cleanliness and responsiveness. Well equipped room. It is everything I needed since I was mostly on day tours and only using room for sleeping and making food :)

The location was a little noisy with cars passing by and the windows were a little flimsy. Sometimes when people come back late, I could also hear the noise.

The place was absolutely adorable!!! The location was so close to bus stop 6, which is where the tour bus will you up. Location is close to everything. I loved it!!

This guy is amazing! Our connecting flight to end our 23 day UK trip of a lifetime was canceled after a previous flight was canceled. It was 11pm and all hotels were booked. I booked this and then called to make sure we could get in. He answered the phone! We got our connecting information and found out we were in Reykjavik another night. We were able to stay in the same room! He made a crazy time very easy!

Nothing! Happened upon the place and it is spacious and close to downtown and shopping!

This was a great location. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The hosts were very nice and communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The location is excellent.

The entrance is hidden behind what looks like a plywood covered broken window covered in graffiti. The apartment is much smaller than expected. One of the two windows next to the bed doesn't close, so it was quite loud all night long.The listing said street parking isn't a problem, but do to extensive construction in the area (unknown to us), parking was very challenging. Overall, it was overly expensive and not a good value.

So comfortable! Living space has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, and a wonderful shower (two different shower heads). Our favorite part was probably the super comfy bed and blanket along with the operable window looking out into the downtown area. Also - David was responsive and so nice to briefly meet when we were leaving.

clean and main beds were comfortable. sofa bed wasn’t so great. location was good. the manager was excellent and very responsive

blackout blinds didn’t fit the windows properly making the room very light. the main light activates the toilet light as well as the entrance area so if you want to just use the bathroom light at night, another bright light goes on in the room! street noise outside wasn’t great
