Friendly, polite and awesome stuff in bar, good breakfast and coffee, comfortable room with private bathroom and balcony. Very good location, near to poetto beach. Veronica is very nice.

All I can say about this place is good and I absolutely recommend it to anyone that is staying in this area. When we return we will definitely go here and recommend this to all our friends!

Extremely noisy bar downstairs ((((

Simple, clean and close to the beach.

It was horrendously noisy what with it being above a bar and on a main road. The noise ruined an otherwise very lovely trip as the music from the bar often meant I could only sleep once the place closed at 2 in the morning. Also, it wasn’t entirely clear who to go to if there were any issues, for example to get the WiFi code (which should have been written for all to see in the common area) or when the hot water stopped working (which it did frequently). Breakfast was a bit paltry so prospective guests shouldn’t get too excited about that either.

Super awesome and friendly staff Quality of breakfast (two croissants instead of one would have been nice, we did not ask for a second one though) Atmosphere of the bar ( a lot of young people during evenings)

The pillows were not comfortable, the head position was way too high. Noisy if you sleep with open window. It was not super obvious to find the WiFi password. TV in the room would have been nice.

Great location (very close to the Poetto beach - 10 minutes by walk), helpful staff, tasty breakfast :-)
