Quiet neighborhood and only five single-level units so not a busy property. Easy walk to main street shopping (4 Square market and cafes). You could even walk to Pak N Save depending on how much you are willing to carry back. Cooking facilities were sufficient (which is good because dining options in Thames are limited). Wifi was fast, bed was comfortable. Each unit has a tiny back deck with furniture; lovely sound of the brook flowing past. I don’t know about laundry facilities but there was a drying line.

Cozy/Small units might not suit some. We were here three nights and didn’t mind. Parking area is also small.

The room was well presented, comfortable and clean. Ideal for a longer stay.

Located close to the centre of town the Brookby Motel provided superb accommodation - I wish I could have stayed longer!

The most homely motel we have stayed at. It was really clean, had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. Yvonne is so lovely and welcoming. Definitely recommend this motel.

The property was very clean , very comfortable bed in separate bedroom, very quiet. The Host was a lovely friendly lady.
