Size of the apartment was good.

I booked a room with balcony but I was provided a room w/o balcony. After a lot of discussion they offered me a room with balcony at another property which was at another corner of city. No respect fot guest's time and convinience. The staff harassed me while check out for more than 3 hours for a cushion cover burn spot. Despite me clarifying multiple times, the staff continously blamed me for it. Overall not a pleasant experience, will not stay again at the property.

Good rooms. Almost all necessities are provided. Good cleanlines . Good staff behaviour. Good prices. Good location and connectivity. Well connected to all the major areas. Staying here was a pleasant experience. Will prefer again in future.

Everything is perfect

Staff was very helpful and cooperative and are available at all the times. I stayed for 2 days and never had any issues. Hygiene and cleaning everything is up to date.

Stayed at the Olive serviced Apartment for 4 days in Jan. It is a really good property, ideal for people who want the comfort of a home away from home. It has all the amenities that one would want. The apartment is large enough for 3 small families. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Moreover, it is very close to major tourist attractions in Gurgaon. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here in case I visit Gurgaon again.

The property is well managed and staff are well-organised with clear communications from the start. The room is basic, clean and comfortable. The upstairs terrace is done well.

The reviews are too high for this basic property - it was a smaller than expected room for the price The location is decent but not very close to the metro Electricity has to be paid additionally - unlike hotels

Nothing really maybe one that the Internet speed was okay at the property. Everything else was mediocre and sub par. The place is nowhere close to what they charge for it. It’s basically false advertising & fake pictures of nice bedrooms from Pinterest or their other properties. if it’s full, they will relocate you at their convenience.

It was false advertising at its finest. I was moved from the location I initially booked as it got full and they relocated me to another property 4 kms away in the middle of nowhere instantly AFTER making me pay the full booking amount through their online website. I paid 7000 bucks for 3 days for a location that was befitting to me and my work in Gurgaon and within seconds after paying I was told it’s a check in point not a hotel and the actual location is elsewhere. nobody likes being conned, it was a short trip so my time being limited put me in a situation where I had to settle for this no good property. that being said the staff at the spot were polite; they did try to con me a few times 1. Charging me 1079₹ in taxes when the taxes listed were at 700₹. 2. Giving me a much smaller room than I paid for initially at the relocated location. I had to reach out to their partner on LinkedIn literally to get me the square footage atleast if not the location because I paid for it. 3. Mattresses aren’t comfortable at all.

Absolutely outstanding apartment perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. All the amenities are available in the apartment. We will definitely come back with friends and family also I would highly recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

Great value of money, The staff were absolutely amazing and were more than willing to help with everything! They did everything they could to make my stay amazing. Best place to stay! The place is amazing. Lovely friendly staff. Lovely bedroom.

This apartment is in a good place. Good size apartment with kitchen with appliances. Very comfy bed in good sized ensuite bedroom. Incredibly helpful and thoughtful staff. They made a WhatsApp group where all team was there. And the response was very fast. They also allowed me for early check in as I arrived before the check in time. I will definitely come to this apartment in future. My hightest recommendation

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we will travel to Gurgaon again, we would definitely stay there again.
