Great host, lovely lady who welcomed us nicely even though we arrived little late in the evening

The Guesthouse had nice large rooms, parking at the property and was well located for us as we needed to drive to Hampton Court in the morning. Communications were excellent throughout.

Bed was comfortable , room nice and clean. Owner friendly

Shower head was broken. No washing machine as stated in advert. Felt embarrassed to ask to use theirs.

Greeted by host who appeared drunk, clothing was in disarray, he nearly fell down the stairs with my moms case and then could not get key into door. The room appeared ok, but on closer inspection was dirty, bin had not been emptied. Dust and cobwebs gathering, dirty microwave dirty curtains. Went into the bathroom, which had not been cleaned for a long time. The toilet was awful marked and not cleaned, old used bottles on the bath, a pair of pants on top of the cupboard obviously left from previous occupant whilst taking a shower, again bin not emptied. Left and booked into a travel lodge as felt so uncomfortable 🤢

Location close to a shop and multiple takeaways. Room good size. Beds very very comfy.

Purpose for the stay was a wedding nearby, 20 min walk from sunbury golf course, takeway right around the corner, bed was extremely comfortable, room was spotless, host was very polite and eager to help our 0 area knowledge. 10/10 from us.. would 100% stay again

Chambre très sale. Poils et cheveux un peu partout, surtout dans le lit. Sanitaire à partager sale. Très très chaud la nuit.

The bed was so confortable, , shower was good, parked my car in the driveway, AAA+++

Perfect accomodation, spotless, in a quiet street. The landaly let us pick-nick for dinner in her garden to enjoy warm october weather evening. Good value for money. Staying there for work... but we will be back as turists. Nice pub with live music in the same street, a few yards away.A convenient store and two take aways round the corner.

Clean bathroom, but not that practical to have to go back to it as in the corridor, not ensuite.

I was made welcome even at a rather late hour. The room is comfortable, bed comfortable and plenty of tea bags! The bathroom has all that is necessary just across the corridor opposite the room.

It was cold in the morning bedroom and the bathroom for my shower. The shower was ok but pressure a bit variable!

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the evening. It was perfect at an exceptional price. The owner was also very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

If I was being fussy a new TV as the sound on the old small ones is terrible (my hearing isn't so great now and I didn't want to turn it up too loud) but that's nitpicking. It wouldn't stop me coming again.

Host was very nice and couldn't of been more welcoming. Room was a good size and no complaints about that.

Noise coming from the room next door was horrendous. My toothbrush and Toothpaste were taken from my bathroom The bathroom had what looked like excrement on the floor!! The private bathroom wasn't private, it was shared! Taxi's are unbelievably expensive unless u hunt around using apps (TaxiF)

Could not be more helpful. Great location for thorpe park with a real ale pub on the same road. Stayed before and will stay again. For the price, nothing touches this place and nothing to complain about.

The property was close to the train station ideal base for Thorpe Park. Owner was great and made us feel really welcome.
