Housekeeping & maintenance could do a better job

Very comfortable and modern flat in a great location

The apprtment is spacious and beautiful, clean, the beds are compostable and well equipped.

The air conditioner in the whole residence didn't work during our whole stay and we were suffering from heat. A technician was scheduled but never appeared. No compensation was offered and even when we asked for it, our request went unanswered.

Nicely designed cosy apartment with modern facilities. Flat was very clean. Towels and bed sets were perfectly clean as well. Location is fine. Only 20/25mins walk to centre. There is a very nice place for breakfast just 50m near the apartment. (Dvorek Karlin Bistro)

There is physically no one around if you need any help. You enter with an access code and leave without seeing anyone. They ignored our early check in request. Apart from this all fine.

Very spacious, very clean, contained all necessaries such as washing machine, fridge, cooking facilities to enable self containment. Good location in terms of shops. Probably 25-30 minute walk from sights and old town

Nothing to really complain about..Access was straight forward,,We did not see any staff there but that was not really an issue as we did not encounter any problems to need staff. Could have had more towelling there.

It’s a fantastic modern, very spacious apartment. The apartment was on the 5th floor. it’s bright and airy, with large windows that open! It has limited views but certainly not unpleasant. The apartment has a large well equipped kitchen with washing machine. It’s in a very nice area, with plenty of restaurants and shops, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main tourist area of Prague.

I really enjoyed staying here with one exception, upon arrival I put a load of laundry on, when it finished my clothes were full of sand. the machine was filthy.

Thé location and friendly staff.

Nothing comes to mind but it will be helpful to have written instructions on how to operate the washing machine and dryer.

The apartment was large and clean. They also cleaned it omce more during our 4 days stay. The furniture and decor was fine.

The balcony door seemed broken, tough it works after a little insisting, but it should be fixed.

Spacious room. Great location.

A bit difficult to get into if you have a lot of bags. There are two doors you have to get through that require card access and then elevators. There is no one around to help. The communication was very good but also I asked about parking and instead of giving me options for what was possible just told me parking wasn’t available. They also sent me all the relevant information after we checked out… 10am check out is also extremely early.

quiet location, very clean room. 2 bathrooms!! it had all the kitchen appliance we needed. smooth checkin experience.

boring IKEA looking furniture. bed mattress could have been more comfortable. checkout time could be extended until 11 or 12.

Check-in was very difficult, since we have to ask instead of telling us the problem, it was chilling cold with rain we have to wait outside for more than a hrs

It is always easy to check in, rooms are big, clean, quite and nicely furnished. Perfect neighborhood, easy to walk to the city and easy to get good Italian breakfast or dinner downstairs. It is and it will be always my choice when I stay in Prague.
