We were very surprised to find a cute 3bdrm home, with all of the necessities, upon arrival. BBQ and deck chairs on the deck, plenty of space for our big family to run around safely outside.

Just a little something for convenience in future would be to provide a map of the grounds. We were surprised and excited to find a little gym and a rec room for the kids.

the shower head was really low and it would have been great to have more crockery, but we really loved it and would return.

We really liked it here, the owners are awesome and so friendly, the chalet was amazing and everything you could want and need, it wasnt busy so was lovely and quite but even if it was, the chalets are far away from each other to have privacy

The staff were great, kept the pizza oven hot for us to have dinner when they were supposed to be closing. Great hospitality, will be back again for sure

Absolutely nothing

We had paid a premium price for the accomodation and were expecting something half-decent for our money. Unfortunately the whole experience was extraordinarily underwhelming. After a long day hiking and driving we arrived early evening outside of office hours. A quick call and we were given directions to our cabin. Upon entering the room we quickly noticed how filthy the walls and surfaces were. The decor was tired and tattered, and there were an army of mosquitos poised to attack as soon as the lights went out. And it was a shock to see when we pulled back the bedspread there were hairs on the sheets (Sheets certainly weren’t fresh, either) The whole experience was utterly disgusting. It really spoke volumes about the owner’s complete lack of professionalism to ensure guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, particularly when it came to maintaining basic hygiene and upkeep of the place.
