The location was perfect. We hired a car and was very easy to visit the Oxford University Colleges. Breakfast was plain and very good.

This was a modern, clean hotel. Breakfast was mixed, although great being able to make your own waffles. Handy having facilities (restaurant and cinema next door).

Breakfast was a bit cold and the quality of e.g. sausages was poor/cheap options. Limited fruit available.

Location is not ideal for city as you have to get a taxi or walk to a bus stop through a not so good area. The room was very small and the facilities minimal in the room. The fire alarm was activated at 5am the first morning we were there and it was a false alarm but no staff went around to let us know what was happening and no apologies given at checkout. Guests were running around the corridors in a confused state while this was happening. The room was expensive for the location and basic facilities.

Not easy to find as a first time visitor, Olena the receptionist made up for it.

Wi- Fi is not the best by far 5mbs at best, also we had none of the main channels on our tv in the room, despite the barman doing hos best to fix it.

The scrambled egg was very poor plus one member of staff constantly coughing around the food area was off putting

Good location; en-suite bathroom was very good and the room spacious. The breakfast was good but the cooked food lacked variety e.g. fried tomatoes and mushrooms, and the scrambled egg was over cooked.

The mattress was hard and the bed frame was noisy.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to.

The air con didn't work and I was left with the world's noisiest fan. There was no bottled water available at all and it was a warm few days. It was disappointing that a Hilton hotel didn't have these fundamental things working. It was quite warm and uncomfortable and I managed almost no sleep because of it.

The hotel was very modern and clean. We had a spacious room which had everything you could need in it. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all very friendly. There was plenty of free parking and it was easy to reach Oxford and Blenheim Palace. We would certainly stay again.

The location was quite far from the city centre so had to get a taxi into town which cost £15 though there is a bus stop close by.

Everything looks brand new, modern designed hotel. The breakfast was good.

The room was quite small tbh. If you have two 28” luggages it’s hard to open both of them at the same time. No fridge in the room is a bit inconvenient.

Location was great, easy to get in and out and entertainment is next door to hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. The location was fine, with plenty of free parking and overall the hotel offers exceptional value for money.

A real pity there wasn't a restaurant, but I knew that when we booked.

In general I liked my family stay at this property. First days were excellent. Rooms are clean, cleaning team do amazing job! Changing towels and bed linens, love the smell. Food is good, guys in the kitchen are helpful!

All was good. Except for the last day, it was a blonde English lady who was a bit rude and I didn’t like the attitude. I mean why would you work if you don’t like your job, I could see that. I have been asking 3 days for tea spoon for my toddler (for yogurt) and had no problems. But last day it was her shift and she told me that they don’t have tea spoons in a rude form. Seriously? Is that even possible? All other members of the team were great.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was nice and the overall facilities were good. Very clean and comfortable.

Liked the rooms and cleanliness

Room was cold and cannot change the settings. We also had a 6 month old baby with us so we requested a cot for him. There was no cot on arrival, after asking the brought me a travel cot, no bed sheets, nothing. Breakfast was poor. Almost no fruit or veg like tomatoes.

We enjoyed the Breakfast, they had variety of food. The room was clean .Staff was very friendly and th environment was just calm.
