Raffaella was great to communicate with, the apartment was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. Location was good - a short walk from the centre. Would recommend!

Apartament oddalony jakieś 25 min od centrum miasta, w spokojnej, zabytkowej okolicy, dobre miejsce wypadowe na wycieczki po i wokół miasta. Czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament, właściwy na tygodniowy wypad do Bolonii. Czysta świeża pościel i ręczniki. Bezproblemowe działanie połączenia internetowego. W okolicy dobre restauracje i kawiarnie.
Niestety mała łazienka, ale kabina prysznicowa dość komfortowa.

beautiful apartment in a climatic tenement house, close to the center, Mrs. Raffaela a kind woman takes care of the apartment and guests, the apartment is furnished and equipped 10/10. Mrs. Raffaela was in touch with us throughout our stay and was very helpful with places to visit and what to buy in Bologna. our stay was very successful, we didn't even think it would be so successful, and this is largely due to the cozy apartment. thank you again and recommend to everyone!

Ideal location near the Porta Saragozza - within easy walking distance of everything you need to see/do in Bologna, but just far enough away from the centre to be quiet and authentic. Apartment itself is small but clean, comfortable and quiet, and Raffaella is always available to help if you need anything. Perfetto!
A mirror would be a useful addition ;)

I can highly recommend! Very nice location 15 mins. walking from Piazza Maggiore and with very good connection everywhere by public transport. The apartment is quiet, cosy, clean, has a very practical layout of three small rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom) and is very well equipped. Excellent communication with Raffaella.

The property was private and spacious. There was a seperate lounge area and the home was nice and modern.
The apartment was spotless but there was quite a lot of black mould on the shower tiles and shower door.

Location is walking distance to the centre, near bus stop, plenty of good restaurants & shops to cater for your daily needs.

Great host, great communication!
Very clean apartment. Really enjoyed our stay here. Within 15min walk you find yourself in the middle of the center of Bologna. The small courtyard is a nice addition to sit.

The apartment was very clean, A/C worked well and the location was only a 10 -15 walk away from centre. Easy to get to and from central train station by bus and close to several bus stops. Large Conad City close by. The washing machine was small but very convenient. Gelateria nearby was great! Very convenient to be near Porta Saragozza.
Neighbourhood is a bit “urban”. It lacks some of the charm that one might expect if you stay in the historical centre instead. BUT still a great place!

It was a lovely place for a few days, spacious enough for two people, with all amenities, even some welcome drinks in the fridge. It was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the apartment is pleasantly cool (after walking around all day under wonderfully scorching Italian sun). I received all useful information about the area and felt very comfortable there. Shower was great as well.
Perhaps it would be nice to have an electric kettle, but it did not affect our stay.

Perfect place to stay, don't hesitate! Very friendly, clean and all you need is present. As a bonus there is a private outside terrace with a table and 2 chairs ideal for breakfast or a late night glass of wine. 10/10

It’s a very nice apartment, which offers more than enough place for two people. Close to the historical city center and restaurants. Equipment, cleanliness ok, just only missing electric kettle. Great contact with host.

I was very pleased with the presence of umbrellas, plaids, a variety of kitchen utensils, the presence of tea / coffee, and shower accessories.
