It’s really near to the main station, 15 minutes walk to the city center.

Had to wait two hours for the water to take a hot shower. And it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was brown colored hair everywhere (bathroom, bed, and on the floor)

Location is great just in front of the train station. And against my doubts about the noise it's silent and calm inside the room. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Check-in and check-out are clear and very easy.

La struttura è in ottima posizione, sia che si debba raggiungere Bologna in treno o in macchina. E' situato in un'area molto ricca di ristoranti o locali, quindi comodo se avete necessità di organizzare qualcosa. La struttura prevedere un self check-in molto rapido e intuitivo, per cui l'orario di ingresso è molto flessibile per chi ha orari particolari con l'arrivo alla struttura. In ogni caso, vengono fornite tutte le indicazioni chiare per poter fare tutto in autonomia. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, con tutto il necessario per passare qualche notte in tutta comodità. Consiglio assolutamente.

Non c’erano le ciabattine e il non avere una persona fisica lì ad accoglierci.

location was amazing, the room was very clean and modern, provided free breakfast bits which was an added bonus. Super recommend for anyone, great views and cosy room in the winter.(also had air con tho and all windows open up fully so would be great on hotter occasions 10/10 in every way. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Le stanze sono dotate di un boiler per acqua calda di capacità limitata. Nel mio caso eravamo in due ospiti, il primo ha potuto fare la doccia, il secondo (me) ho dovuto aspettare un tempo superiore a 40 min prima che venisse trovata una soluzione alternativa ( nonché spostarmi in una seconda stanza completamente gelida e con acqua tiepida) perché l’acqua calda non era ancora tornata.

There is lift that we dun need to bother with steps when carrying luggage. Location is perfect just right next to station. I like the TV can be connected to wifi.

I wished the table could be larger so it would be more handy for putting stuff on. And, a larger rubbish bin is appreciated.

Close to train station

Hard to get to late at night the first time

Convenient location--very close to the train station. Helpful and friendly housekeeping staff. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated.

Lights in the stairs did not work most of the time. The Bologna tourism tax (5 Euros per person per night) must be paid in cash during checkout.

Alla prima doccia dopo 5 minuti con la testa insaponata l’acqua è’ diventata gelata … e ci siamo dovuti lavare con acqua gelida. Alla chinata ci è’ stato risposto che ci sono 80 litri di acqua calda (per 6 stanze aggiungo io..) è finita l’acqua calda bisogna aspettare che si riempia di nuovo … quindi 20 minuti al freddo insaponati.

Easy access to railway station and centre

No lights to find our way up to our apartment. Had to use a torch.

Proximity to train station and communication with accommodation provider. The room was beautiful and also had snacks and coffee provided.

Overall excellent. Due to proximity to train station it was a little noisy at night but that is to be expected. it is at least a 15-20 minute walk into the central piazza, but again, this is not necessarily a bad thing, just worth knowing if not keen on walking far.

The room was clean and close to the station.

The room was very small, the bathroom was even smaller with very limited space in the shower and around the toilet, the bathroom photos on the website were not the same as in real life. Access was challenging due to complex instructions and multiple steps to go through to get to the room. Wifi was slow to start to allow access to front door and dropped in and out frequently, the key we were given as a backup for access did not fit the door. Breakfast was packaged dry biscuits, jam and juice box, the coffee machine did not work and the microwave and toaster were ‘communal’ and located in the hallway outside our room. External noise from ‘communal’ kitchen area was easily heard from our room. Requirement to pay municipal tax was not clearly stated on booking.com and was requested upon checkin. We never saw a staff member although did have some correspondence via email.

Great room and facilities.

Difficult to get in when we first arrived. Would be great for someone to greet and assist when first arrive to help access the room.

Location, very near the station & a short walk into historic Bologna. Cleaning staff very friendly & helpful.

No reception/concierge staff on site and the front door is opened by a smart phone link so mobile data is really required, you can access Wi-Fi from outside but it’s marginal. No real signage outside and as there is no reception you cannot leave bags after checkout.

Perfect location niear the train station and close to the city centre. In really worked for us. Room was new and clean, we did not have any problems or complains and had a great time.
