Everything, from check in to check out. All staff were amazing, friendly & catered to all our needs for our stay. Food was fantastic.

The room suited the 3 of us, it had a tv, we had use of the communal kitchen to make coffee, the beds we’re comfortable and the shower was hot.

The building is historic, interesting to stay at just is dated.

Not a cup or mug to be found so I could make myself a cup of tea.

The staff were really friendly and helpful after arriving later in the night. Very clean and comfortable

The place is quite dated so over priced due to dated facilities. Overall was a pleasant enough stay

there was a dripping tap in the bathroom in room 33. I did mention it and they said that they’d passed the message on but no one seemed to be bothered about it. Must be costing them a fortune. Also the restaurants closes very early. I went for dinner about 7.15pm one night to be told the chef wanted to go home and to go somewhere else.

Close to township. Everything is within reasonable walking distance.

The hallways reminded me of The Shining.

Not enough PowerPoint in a family room ONE POWER POINT to charge phones. Beds were uncomfortable. No toaster available in kitchen Need a lift available for people like myself with issuses.

Great location, helpful staff, and good food in the restaurant.

Very good value for the price.

The room key does the front door which means every other room key will also be able to access your room. I could hear someone snoring in the next room.

Staff were very welcoming and under circumstances made it their first priority to have our stay right

Unclean, noisy location. Moldy bathroom. Unclean discusting shower curtain. Shower where u could actually put your finger through the wall it was in such decay!. Unclean shower tray. Dusty room, no fan in room, no fridge in room. No milk fir tea or coffee. No general pride here in such a beautiful hotel could be better maintained and cleaned at least daily but looks like no one bothers.

Restaurant was good with friendly bar staff. Excellent location.

Room hadn't been cleaned, poo in toilet, dead flies, fleas in bed, rubbish and dead bugs on top bunk. Rubbish under beds. Toothpaste on bathroom cupboard, towels smell of cigarette smoke. Very dated, paint flaking off everything. Will not be back.

We didn’t have breakfast there, but the position was fine.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness of the toilets and showers was poor, being a weekend when we were staying, it looks as though no staff was on to clean the facilities

This place was amazing! I booked abit late, but they were able to cater to my needs as I booked this place for work and due to the flooding I wasnt able to go further up because the roads were closed so I came here they even let me come through with extra late check in which was amazing
