Sulle camere niente da dire, ampie anche se arredate in maniera essenziale e pulizia impeccabile. La struttura sarebbe anche carina, posizionata nel lato di in una piccola baia privata ma qui arriva il problema di un po’ tutta Tulum: strutture carine ma costruite di fianco a baracche o cantieri in corso d’opera che sembrano abbandonati. Infatti la struttura condivide la baia con 2 altre strutture in costruzione con cantieri improvvisati che non erano un bel vedere.

Vai in vacanza per rilassarti e ai primi raggi del sole ti svegli perché le vetrate della camera sono oscurate da tendoni che fanno passare tutta la luce. La struttura non ha un ascensore e anche se il personale ti aiuta con i bagagli, arrivare al 3 piano tramite scale traballanti quando hai pagato una suite con piscina privata non è proprio il massimo, inoltre la recinzione della piscina privata sul tetto non è sicura, stavo per fare un volo nella tromba delle scale di 7/8 metri. L’esterno dell’albergo non è degno del prezzo pagato, ma qui rientra il discorso che tutta Tulum sembra una zona di guerra piena di rifiuti e strade dissestate. La spiaggia era piena di sargasso e immondizia, infatti nonostante avessimo la spiaggia a disposizione siamo stati costretti ad andare in un altro lido e pagare per fare il bagno. Ultima cosa, per il prezzo pagato (una suite) non avere almeno una semplice colazione inclusa è ridicolo. Ultima cosa: la vista mare della camera era rovinate dalle palme che coprono la visuale.

The reception Check in experience was not good Was sent a message to check out earlier than what we had , just an impersonal experience, which you do not expect with hospitality , met the GM and she was if no comfort as well The restaurant is very expensive, food is ok

Room up against the sea, with laid back pared down quality furnishings, great terrace. large shower room with huge sea views. Squadrons of Pelicans & Magnificent Frigate birds loaf by overhead. High standard of room cleaning. Attractive pool. Not busy. Helpful front desk.

Although the Ocean front suite room was as described and picked as such. Room rate without breakfast, not in highest season, was expensive. Hotel is boutique & described as such but does cover a really small area. It was quiet when we stayed but at full occupancy pool & beach area could quickly get crowded. Last day we checked out at 12. The facilities offered to shower & change before our flight transit were inadequate. Given a spa room without a shower or bathroom and the spa bath was faulty with only too hot water on offer. When asked for an actual room as a result was told none available. Whilst not a right & complimentary, considering the 4 nt premium room price paid, it was disappointing. Not Hotels fault but the seaweed was very evident on immediate shore and equally anyone staying on this Tulum Hotel coast road, be prepared to budget for extremely expensive taxi's, if not taking risk of hiring vehicles etc

Struttura piccola e accogliente, in perfetto stile boutique hotel. Personale super disponibile, tanto alla reception come al ristorante. Suite vista mare stupenda. Colazione inclusa offerta in spiaggia meravigliosa. Lettini e balinesi comodissimi. Un piccolo paradiso protetto dalle masse. Parcheggio incluso molto comodo e vicino.

La struttura è stupenda, se proprio si volesse trovare qualcosa potrebbe essere che abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad attivare l’acqua calda, ma comprensibile data la posizione e la reception ha risolto immediatamente. La prima notte alcuni vicini di stanza erano un po’ rumorosi, ma con le finestre chiuse si isolava á sufficienza.

Beautiful property - rooms were lovely - comfy bed and great shower. Great access to beach, a lovely pool and gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean. Pool area was never too busy. Handy to have the restaurant on site. It’s a short walk to the main hotel zone area and the walk is poorly paved but I liked being a bit away from that.

As others have mentioned, there is an outdoor venue next door that hosts weddings so it was extremely loud on the Saturday night until about midnight but other nights were quiet. They also start music by the pool at 8am which woke me up most days - seems a bit too early. Some of the staff in the restaurant can be a bit rude & one tried to pressure me in to buying more alcoholic drinks which was annoying.
