The Breakfast is very good. They provided free upgrade of room from standard to deluxe.

milk powder was not provided along with the tea bags at room

Breakfast was good had good choice. Location was excellent. Regretted not booking a suit. However normal rooms was comfortable. Staff was helpful and the food was very good.

The normal rooms were so close to the reception area. There was lot of disturbances as a wedding function was held adjacent to the room. We felt that the room and the toilet has been used prior our occupancy.

Pictures of hotel are not quite what you get when you arrive. Standard rooms are small and noisy.

Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival and they made us feel very welcome. The soup was also fantastic!

It was little difficult to find as very little road signs and the staff weren't very fluent in giving us the route.

The setting with the lake and waterfall was very beautiful and peaceful. Nice swimming pool but too cold to go in! Staff coping well under Covid conditions.

Views across the hotel both in and out were magnificent. The mini waterfall and the water stream, misty mountain views and spacious surroundings were beyond expectations. Food was as good as the views as well. Helpful staff and comfortable accommodation.
