Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Rennstrecke und ist idyllisch eingebettet. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Poolzugang und hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind relativ gross und bieten reichlich Platz. Kleinere Beanstandungen wurden sofort behoben und das Personal ist äusserst freundlich. Das morgenessen ist Geschmacksache und daher möchten wir nichts schlecht reden. Im Grossen und ganzen können wir diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und ein grosses Lob an die Rezeption, die uns bei der Auswahl des nächsten Hotels bestens unterstützt hat. Eigenlijk was alles top geregeld! Als ik dan toch een tip mag geven, dan kunnen de schuifdeuren misschien goed sluitend gemaakt worden, waardoor kleine salamanders makkelijker buiten blijven

Gdyby nie trwający obok remont, byłoby to najfajniejsze miejsce na Lombok. Bardzo ładny obiekt, przestronne pokoje i piękny, długi basen. Bardzo dobre jedzenie oraz wspaniała obsługa. Świetne miejsce z dala od zgiełku miasta. Na skuterku w 10 min dojeżdżasz do Kuty, a w 5 minit na tor wyścigowy.

Remont, który niestety uniemożliwiał siedzenie przy basenie bo było tak głośno. Podobno remont ma się skończyć w lipcu

Het sanitair is over het hele terrein wat verouderd. Toe aan vervanging.

I can confidently say that our experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the staff. Bandi, Medy, and Nana, in particular, stood out with their outstanding service. We had so much fun and enjoyed our time with them at the restaurant. The food was also very delicious so I recommend eating there for sure! In summary, our stay at Origin Lombok was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by all the staff membefd. Their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction made this visit a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch experience during their travels. We are really sad that we could only spend 1 night at the hotel. We will be back for sure!

Everything was lovely and just what I needed after 2 months solo travelling. The team at origin are so friendly and helpful. Special thank you to the kind Medy for helping me get to the beach. It was the little touches that made me feel at home, comfortable and safe as a solo traveller. I will definitely be back in September 🙂

La sympathie du personnel, spécialement Nana ❤️ la piscine, la propreté de la chambre, le cadre en général. Nous avons fait le Ramadan 4 jours là-bas et le personnel a tout fait pour nous faciliter le Suhoor, je vous remercie ❤️

L’emplacement, il faut absolument un scooter, cela dit il est dans un endroit calme reculé du centre donc c’est aussi un point positif

Instalaciones muy bonitas, habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El personal súper amable y te intenta ayudar en todo lo posible. Ubicación agradable ya que está a las afueras de kuta. Calidad precio de la comida excelente, platos abundantes y muy buenos.

En la habitación hacía calor y el aire acondicionado no se notaba apenas. Bastantes insectos en la habitación. Nuestra habitación estaba al lado del bar y por la noche tuvimos que avisar de que bajaran el volumen de la música ya que estaba muy fuerte junto con el ruido de la gente y era difícil descansar.

The hotel is really good, the rooms are big, the pool is great, breakfast/food very nice. They have scooter rental as well if needed. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Great place.

This place is amazing. The staff were pretty organized, and they were always willing to help you with anything.

Exceeded all expectations, exceptional value for money (compared to hotels on an international and national basis), relaxed friendly atmosphere, great quality food, happy hour cocktails £2 each! About 10 mins from Kuta on a scooter (available to hire at reception for £4 daily). Staff were all genuinely accommodating and helpful. Pool area superb. I'm honestly not sure what more you could want from this hotel.

Some people mentioned that there wasn't a huge amount on their food and drink Menu - i think if you are staying for anywhere from 7-10 days and plan to also eat in Kuta then it's not a problem at all. I think better to have a smaller menu with higher quality. If you stayed for 2 weeks and ate solely at the hotel then yes that argument may be valid.

we loved the people at the property, everyone was so nice. we really enjoyed the room and the pool. all the facilities were great! and we had both breakfast and dinner there - both were really good!

it could have a better location! but with a driver or a scooter you can get to the center of Kuta in less than 10 minutes

* Need more maintenance in their bathroom area. The wastafel and bathroom area need to clean. There are a lot of mold on the wall their bathroom. * The TV too small for the room and old. * They do not have phone line in the room and make hard to contact the staff if we need anything. * Slow response from the staff. We were check out early morning, which we already told them when we were check in. No staff around and not offer any breakfast. So, we left note at reception told we check out and ask them to send us the bill for us to do the transfer as we have to caught our flight.

WE Had a wonderful experience staying at Origin Lombak. The staff were wonderful, attentive , friendly, helpful and always there when we needed them. The room was beyond our expectations. It was very roomy, clean and a nice place to be in between our activities. The beautiful, clean and relaxing. The restaurant was amazing and considering there are not a lot of choices close by we ate there every day but more than happy to keep going back. Not a huge menu but enough to tempt us with different dishes each day. Wonderful staff and excellent chef. Every meal was tasty and satisfying. Our whole experience was wonderful, cant wait to go back. Warren & Lianah

The hotel rooms are worn out, needs to be freshened up ASAP. The road to the hotel is very bumpy. Located a bit in nowhere.
