Frankton is the perfect location to explore the wider area. Easy access to roads leading towards the Remarkables, Arrowtown and Queenstown. Walking distance to shopping area with multiple places to eat, as well as a big supermarket. Right next to the airport, yet couldn't hear any planes. Great little kitchen, with even a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

No windows to open, would have liked some fresh air (not just air conditioning). Great windows and views, but totally enclosed. Next time will book room with small balcony so we can have some fresh air.

Location was excellent and the room was clean. So close to Airport .

Marks on the walls and the rooms paint work needed to be refreshed.

Really lovely views of the mountains from our window - and we also enjoyed watching the planes flying in and out of Queenstown Airport. We loved having both laundry and cooking facilities in our room - very convenient, saved us time and money. It was also handy to have the shopping centre and supermarket only a short distance away.

The lift was really slow, but that's only a very minor thing, everything else was good.

The view of the remarkables from the room and the friendliness of the staff. The room were cleaned as and when we required. I enjoyed every aspect of living and will probably stay here again.

There are limited car parking spaces underground, so we had to make sure we were never too late while coming back.

Hotel moderno, limpio y confortable. Habitación suficientemente amplia y con vistas a la montaña. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y rodeado de comercios y restaurantes. Personal atento y buena wifi. Sitio para trabajar en la habitación y muchas almohadas.

The bed set up. Only an inch between twin beds….inappropriate for a Twin set up….you need to rethink how you accomodate a Twin request…

The room when we arrived was clean and neat, the facilities were good although we would have liked a coffee machine, most hotels now have these as a usual standard.

Although the hotel itself advertised that it changed sheets and towels after 3 days this didn’t happen. The room wasn’t cleaned at all throughout our stay despite it being obvious a glass was broken. Only beds remade, no vacuum done
