Easy access from the M40 and to Warwick. Plenty of free parking.
Unlit and poor signage as to where the hotel entrance actually was on arrival.
Children running up and down the corridor shouting at each other half the night
4.5
The rooms were well equipped for an overnight stay. Enough wardrobe space for two people and Elemis toiletries a bonus.
The hospitality tray in the room was not fully stocked. Unfortunately there was insufficient beverage choices for two people for an overnight stay. One English breakfast tea bag? Not good enough.
2.5
Comfy, clean rooms, friendly staff.
The hotel is a Gym and leaisure club with hotel attached. As such is full of gym goers and caters for them more than hotel guests. The Gym and Pool were very busy, I only spent 5 minutes in the pool, the amount of children made it difficult to swim. The retaurant feels more like a motorway services than a retaurant, bright lights, and no atmosphere. The menu for a health club is so unhealthy, no lighter or nice options, only burgers, pizzas, fish and chips, currys etc.

The Warwickshire is in a beautiful setting, we enjoyed wandering around the golf course and making the most of the good weather. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was massive although the mattress was really hard. Staff were friendly.
The room we were given was right by the front door of the hotel and also by the internal door from reception. Other hotel guests had no courtesy to keep the noise down and therefore we barely slept. There were also vehicles revving their engines until ~1am and back again at 7am. We ended up leaving a day early and just taking a hit on the money. The breakfast was hopeless. Dirty tables, no crockery/cutlery. One member of staff moving at a snails pace in order to refill things.

Breakfast was great and we were served by a lady called Saima who was an absolute treasure! Due to our little one, we arrived at breakfast late and she still accommodated us and waited for us to finish (I even had to breastfeed and she happily waited and allowed me to enjoy my food). She kept the breakfast area spotless and was always on hand to assist.
There should be a fridge in the room especially for families with young children. No towel was supplied for the baby but I am sure this would have been provided on request.

Setting, gorgeous
My bed, was so uncomfortable, kept splitting

Good location for exploring parts of Warwickshire and visiting friends. Evening meals excellent quality. Staff particularly helpful when found that hair straighteners had been left at the property by mistake. Ample car parking. Room very accessible. Comfortable lounge area was an added extra when meeting friends.
More choice of eggs at breakfast, e.g. scrambled as well as fried. Temperature control in bedroom slow to respond, especially as it was a very cold weekend.

Loved the location. So much to explore didn’t even bother with the gym just went for a run outside. Felt safe exploring the surroundings as well. The facade wasn’t what we expected neither was the lobby but when we got into the room it was gorgeous and so comfortable and relaxing! Lovely and clean. Gorgeous shower! Windows with beautiful views. The bed was so comfortable Hubby and I had a lovely night sleep. It was also nice of them to have given us an anniversary card and bit of decoration in the room and a free drink at the bar! Will definitely stay again!
The bacon at breakfast were a bit overcooked and so were some of the sausages.

Spa facilities were lovely and we could use them earlier than check in which was great.
The room was lovely, modern and clean. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed
Breakfast was awful!
Nothing left at 9am apart from 1 old egg and some overcooked, left out for ages sausages. Not even any glasses or cups for juice/hot drinks after asking staff 3 times to refill them.

Very scenic, staff very helpful and friendly, lovely hotel room with great tropical shower and Elemis products. Amazing health club facilities. Food was delicious. A great overall atmosphere.
Not enough chlorine in the kids pool and hydropool (we all left with very stinging eyes). We would have liked to have a staff member drive us up to the golf club in a buggy but that wasn’t a service they provided, so we had to get in our car to drive up.

rooms were excellent, service was really good, staff were attentive and really positive throughout. spa facility was first class.
nothing

Lovely setting, room really nice, gym was undergoing renovation but still partly open. Pool nice, bar is decent, food is not brilliant
In my opinion the breakfast is very expensive for what is on offer. a basic buffet breakfast at £16 per person is quite frankly unacceptable. we only had this one day and then went out the following day for breakfast.

very clean. Bedrooms very quiet and spacious. Easy parking.
Fantastic grounds.

Rooms were lovely
Pretty terrible to try and charge early check in for a little over 1 hour. Appreciate that it's policy to avoid rushing turn down staff but when the rooms were ready it's just a money making scheme and actually pretty poor. Nowhere in the world have I ever been asked to pay early check in if the room was ready. And for a premium £113 a night for a room it was pretty poor especially when we were spending money in the bar area as well.

The location of the property was great and also nestled in beautiful land it’s really idyllic.
There is a sense of confusion at the hotel, as it is a number of things to various people. On one side of the club are hotel visitors, and on the other are members, golfers, and long-standing members. I witnessed a few members discussing hotel visitors in an unfavourable light and being quite aloof about it at the swimming pool.
For hotel guests with children, there was only one place to eat in a cafe-like area that was also used as a bar by everyone. It's difficult to get a relaxing vacation when you're required to eat in a cafe-like area with the same menu every night.
If you market to families, they do not want to be confined to a single location. Perhaps offering a members-only restaurant in addition to the other two is a smart idea.
As it was a bank holiday, we had anticipated to use the pool with our children. However, we were disappointed to learn that children are only permitted to use the large pool from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on a bank holiday! Even for individuals with children who are members, this leaves only a narrow window. At times, the children's pool was dangerously crowded with children. This should be reconsidered, as we paid for a service that we were not always able to use due to discrimination based on the presence of children. This is not Covid's fault, as I have never encountered such restrictions while staying at a hotel.
The room was pleasant, but the air conditioning did not function adequately. I mentioned this to the front desk three times, but they said there was nothing wrong.
We had reserved a superior accommodation for four individuals, but the room was cleaned daily for only two guests. The number of guests staying in a room should be communicated to the housekeeping staff so that they can meet their requirements without having to be contacted by guests.
The shower was filthy and contained residue from previous visitors.
