Great central location, classic façade with modern/art nouveau fusion interior. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. Next door to and excellent Turkish restaurant Cappodocia.

The room was large and comfortable, and the facilities were good. All the staff without exception were very professional and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good but disappointed for the class of hotel that the breakfast on the first morning was a buffet I expect a 4-star hotel to cook breakfast to order.

The location was good and lovely staff. All areas appeared clean and tidy. It was a good breakfast. The inside car park was ideal 👍

The pillows were too big and firm and couldn’t sleep on them. The room overlooked the Restuarant and bar area and as such was quite noisy at night with people talking and laughing and chairs scraping etc . Also, Missed having a window looking outside. We didn’t like this aspect. The food in the restaurant for the evening meal not great . It was rather expensive with no no veg or salad with the steak and chips and the chips were soggy. We later realised you could order veg and salad as an extra ! Not good value for money . I should have thought it standard for a meal to be served with vegetables or salad. However, in the mornings, the breakfast was good . Well cooked and a good selection.

Location great as we were going to the Villa. Room was excellent

Reception staff were ok. We had planned on eating in the restaurant before the concert but it was closed. Morning receptionist did have a bit too much makeup on. Breakfast was a little cold and we had to ask for various items.

The hotel was easy to find, with the bonus of parking. It had a very modern but pleasing feel about the place, and the staff were all very helpful. Both breakfast and dinner very good value, and the room spacious, clean and very well serviced.

When you start to question what you didn't like about a place, it probably means that there isn't anything! Would recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Car Park too tight for anything other than a small car,managed to park outside hotel instead Inner Courtyard room noisy even thought asked for quiet room- noise from bar and restaurant below and couldn't get fresh air into room-no windows Restaurant was "souless" in the evening, probably because it was quiet
