Fantastic welcome and hospitality from the minute we walked through the door until we said our friendly goodbyes. Nothing was too much trouble and everything felt very relaxed. Normally you have to ask for refills, etc however, the service was there before you needed to make any request.

Nothing, we were on the top floor however, we were fit enough to climb the stairs as there is no lift in the property.

Spotlessly clean. Staff and owners so friendly and accommodating with any requests. Breakfast was fantastic and a wide choice of hot and cold which was perfect. And all the little touches that some would take for granted were really appreciated. Even when I asked for room not to be cleaned fresh bottles of water were left. When I say this I mean it totally, I will be returning here for another stay.

Decor a little dated and a lot of stairs up to my room with bags. Room 2 single beds so a bit old fashioned.

Yolandi and Jacques went above and beyond to provide a perfect stay in their charming B&B. The room was perfect with a very comfy bed & excellent facilities. Everywhere was spotless with the room being cleaned and tea/coffee/etc replaced each day. There were lots of added touches with little extras at the start and end of the stay and the hosts were even kind enough to leave a birthday card & present when they realised it was my birthday! The breakfast choice was wonderful, with everything cooked freshly and served quickly.

At my request, Yolindi was able to buy gluten free sausages for my excellent gluten free ‘Full English Breakfast’ which I had every morning. Room was excellent being roomy and immaculately clean. Location was excellent being on the Douglas promenade. Highly recommended!

Couldn't ask for anything more; room was well stocked and clean, carpets and furniture all in good condition, no stains or evidence of previous occupancy, brilliant information pack about the local area, places to eat and things to do. A well written 'welcome letter', lovely breakfast and excellent hospitality from the owners.

Fantastic friendly family run accommodation. The breakfast was amazing and the whole place was super clean.

The warm welcome the moment I arrived. Visually walking into the bedroom and seeing the beautiful way it was dressed. Comfy bed Great selection of toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. Everything you could want as a traveller. Can't tell you about the breakfast but I will certainly stay again and et up in time for it.

I can't think of anything except we could do with bigger towels.

A wonderful small hotel at the promenade of Douglas. Very charming and friendly service people, excellent breakfast with many choices. Hope to get back soon.

We stayed in a first floor room with a sea view, the room was very clean and comfy with a good size modern walk-in shower. Also had a sofa to watch the tv & small table this 2 chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with both continental and choice of hot food available. Staff very friendly and helpful, answering and questions and offering suggestions of places to visit.

Nothing the hotel could do about this, more one for the islands council. The complete waterfront esplanade was one BIG building site, surely it would be better to do the upgrades in small sections rather than have a massive mess & road works the entire length of what is really a very big selling point of the area. Must add that all the construction worker were very polite and friendly & even going as far as helping two elderly ladies with their luggage at one point.
