The location was great and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was exceptional.

It was a very nice stay, and all the staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area, full of restaurants, and close to some attractions. I would definetely stay there again!

Taking in consideration the price, I missed having an outdoor swimming pool - the one available was more for sports.

I am staying at the Grand Hyatt Shenyang which is very similar to the Hyatt in Xian. I booked this one through a local company and got 40% less rates than booking.com for the Hyatt I paid for at Xian. That is quite disappointing because I thought I get a good discount thru booking.com

The stay was almost fine except for one thing - I paid in advance the whole expense online here at booking,com, however I was charged repeatedly when I got to the hotel. The receptionist insisted that it was only booking fee I paid online and it would be returned to me when I checked out. It turned out that 2 weeks after I checked out the money was still not back, and thus I called the hotel. They looked into that and promised me that they would return me the money on that day. So if I did not call, they would never do that? But the funny think is on that day the money was in fact not back on my bank account. I called the hotel again and this time the processing time may take up to one month - why made it so inconvenient for customers? I paid twice and I could not even get my own money back on time - why did I have to wait for that and what happened I needed this amount of money myself? For this point, I do not think that I will stay at Hyatt again.

Super friendly staff, very delicious meals and breakfast offer, the room was more than I expected (I got an upgrade to a suite, which was wonderful! - next time I'm staying there I will book the suite again.), also the staff at the breakfast buffet is more than wonderful. Thank you very much

Wonderful rooms, staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly and the menu, the food and the breakfast buffet were extraordinary! Just perfect!
