Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit einem freundlichen und engagierten Besitzer.

Es gab leider drei Probleme in der Unterkunft: 1. Der Abfluss im Bad stinkt. Der Besitzer versucht das Problem durch Duftsteine zu lösen, die stinken aber auch. Dadurch stinkt es doppelt. Wir konnten teilweise im Badezimmer kaum atmen. 2. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir wurden regelmäßig morgens durch Geräusche durch das Personal, bellende Hunde oder Verkehrslärm geweckt. 3. Der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken ist sehr gering, es kommt kaum Wasser.

the breakfast was amazing. we had the option of eating it at the common area of in on our balcony the staff were really friendly, sweet and really accommodating the owners would help me rent scooters and suggest different places to eat around

ran out of hot water pretty fast nusa dua location is pretty quiet but that's the location and not anything about the homestay

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this guest house and wish we could stay longer.. Staff are lovely and welcoming and always willing to help. The room are quite big especially comfy bed . The staff went out of the way to help us with our stay. It was my hubby birthday and the staff went out of their way to decorate the room and even bought a cake with a small fee as requested by me.

Nothing. Only a suggestion wish there was an electric kettle in the room.

The owner and staff of Kubu Benoa Guest House were unbelievably kind, friendly, and supportive. I felt so well there that you start missing being there. Always caring and an opportunity to chat. Everyone supported me with any questions, making the nine days there just this much better. Very grateful to have met such wonderful people.

If I had anything to complain about, I chose the upper condos that get hit by the sun, while the lower condos have the sweet shadow to sit outside.

I highly recommend Kubu Benoa Guesthouse to anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming retreat. From the exceptionally clean and homely ambiance to the kind and caring personnel, every aspect of this guesthouse was commendable. The quiet location, fresh air, and inviting swimming pool were the cherries on top. My time at Kubu Benoa Guesthouse left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and eager to return.

Nice, clean hotel with very kind staff. Good breakfast, you can choose between american and indonesian style, both are delicious :) The room has a big window to the pool which is nice, but if you want some privacy you have to close the blackout curtains.

The toilett was not totally clean when we arrived.

it’s extremely clean hotel. Staff go above and beyond their duty to make sure us happy and comfortable while stay. certainly we will come back-again. I observed receptionist almost 24/24 hours/day at front desk. it’s nice that owner provides small room for them to rest and place the bell at front desk. Patrons just ringing bell when they need a help.

We really liked the atmosphere there. We stayed for 11days and we felt like home. Perfect internet connection for work, delicious breakfast.
