Cleanliness, friendly staff, reasonable price.
No disabled rooms, no disabled toilet in hotel, the room was very small.
3.6
The place and staff are welcoming always.
Should you need something the 24hr desk never hesitates to help.
The property is cleaned to a high standard.

Beautiful rooms. Modern and very technical
The key card was intermittent. We couldn’t get back into the hotel at night as it wouldn’t work we had to wait for someone to let us in. Luckily another guest came down and let us in
3.6
Travelling for Wimbledon so close to underground Piccadilly and District line
Facilities were average Room did not have facilities you would expect such as socket near mirror or a full length mirror Was unable to use iron and iron board as water had been left in from
Previous use meaning it had leaked and rusted

We liked the size of the room.
The bathroom had mildew in the shower. The room was directly under the pub /bar. There was a very loud party with a dj until 2 am and we couldn't sleep. It was horrible.

The room was decent in size, had a window looking into a yard, with a private bathroom and a bathtub - yeay! I was happy to see USB charging points as I forgot my UK-EU adaptor.
The smell at the hotel, the corridor on my floor, and my room were extremely terrible. It smelled like someone has ben abusing cleaning chemicals for a long time. Even though I have requested to stop using any chemicals in my room, it didn't help much. I had to sleep always with an open window but even then I believe I still got of a lot of that stuff in. I soon started developing headaches, and then fatigue and a burning sensation in my throat :(

Location and pub!
Didn’t have hot water second night and the next morning when we were checking out. Told person at front desk that night and he assured us it would be fixed. Nobody at the front desk when we checked out because they didn’t want to hear complaints!

outside of the hotel looked nice and hotel rooms looked like the pictures, rooms looked very nice but didn’t live up to expectations
only one member of staff on at a time doing 12 hour shifts, a lot of the time unreachable. one of the reason we booked the junior suite is because it had a tv in the bath which we weren’t able to use as the staff said the controller had been stolen from the previous people staying in that room which I highly doubt and they weren’t able to get us another one. the air con didn’t work, you had to phone the reception for them to turn it on from down there. massive crack in the sink so the sink would drip water all over the bathroom floor, fridge didn’t work, stains on pillowcases, overall not a very decent stay in a junior suite at over £340 for 2 nights, very disappointing

The room was clean, confortable, modern. The value for the quality-price was one of the best I had (maybe because I booked in the middle of the night as I got myself locked out of my home...But so great and so good value
3.6
The room was nicely modernised, quiet, comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed a night here as it was reasonably close to Wembley Arena.
The bar area has been modernised out of all recognition from the pub that was there before. It's fine, and the service was great, but I was hoping for a more traditional pub vibe with some hand pulled ales.
3.6
great location, clean & modern with great tech- soft touch controls for lighting air con etc, EU and Uk sockets was a nice touch. lots of choice for food in the area.
kitchen was closed, so no food available

Better than expected - very clean and recently renovated, good facilities - tea set, air-conditioning, double-glazed windows, reliable personnel at reception, nice shower. 10 min walk to Acton Town station, through pleasant neighbourhood. Excellent Chinese restaurant nearby.
Better sound insulation from the noisy street as our room was facing it
3.6
it’s a hotel that was very good when I first stayed but the areas outside the rooms are not as clean as they used to be and they no longer have food
3.6
We had no breakfast offered , told there wasn’t any.
There was broken lamp and mirror and tv was falling off the wall.
3.6
Nice room, apart from the tv in the bath not working a nice place!
3.6
Room was small but really nice, with good amenities--small fridge (great for keeping breakfast food around and saving money on having to eat breakfast out), and even a TV in the bathroom (in addition to the big TV in the bedroom). Fairly convenient location.
The lift was out of service during our entire two-week stay, so it was annoying to have to climb up two flights after a whole day out, and very inconvenient moving in and out with luggage (supposedly this is getting repaired soon). Also, even thought the website still shows full menus of food available, the kitchen no longer exists (still a pub in the lobby, though).
3.6
The room was very clean with nice modern updates. Easy access by underground and Piccadilly line to/from Heathrow. Diverse neighborhood with many varied options in nearby restaurants.
Overpriced.
3.6
Acton is a really convenient place to stay. It's on the Picadilly line giving access to the centre of London in 25 mins as well as heathrow 25 mins the other way. You're 15 mins from Kensington but paying half the price. The room in this hotel was surprisingly spacious and pretty quiet overlooking the church in the centre of Acton, 10 minute walk from Acton Town tube stop. Definitely value for money relative to places slightly further down the picadilly line. It's also on the district line, do 25 mins from Westminster.
Surcharge for early check in with no particularly safe looking places to leave bags if you don't want to pay the extra 20 quid.

nothing hotel was a nightmare
The lift was broken, my room was on 2nd floor, and it could not be changed, I left the property with a backache it was a struggle to get in and out of the room.
There was no kitchen in the building, so no breakfast or room service available. I had to climb those awful stair to go out and find food.
what was meant to be a restful stay became a nightmare
Every day staff lied about lift was being fixed, but nothing was done.
I would have asked for a refund, if possible

don’t judge a book by its cover!
beautiful rooms with air con, it was 37 degrees outside but a more than lovely 19 in our room
3.6
nothing
Dirty. insufficient staff, room not ready at check in time, drinks were flat. really poor

The room was big
There was alot wrong with our whole entire stay
We were placed in the basement room with no window and had to deal with a constant smell of sewage
We were kept awake at night and then woken up early in the morning by the noise above us. The noise was constant for 2 hours on both occasions.
When we asked if we could move rooms for second night we were told its too late in the day.
The pool room is non exisistant and the pool table in the bar you cannot play as not enough balls.
There was only ever one member of staff who had to deal with bar and reception and we found them to be rude.
The beers on tap at the bar are mostly unavailable.
I have since tried to complain regarding my stay but have had no response from the manager in charge by email or phone.
When I complained to reception on leaving they were not interested in helping me.
Would not recommend and would not stay here again.
