The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good, lots of choice.

Think the price was more as there was a higher demand at the time we stayed .

Staff was very good. Gary, one of the managers, was exceptional in every way. I was sick and he helped me so much! Really good breakfast. Good bed.

Great location, close to the tube station and very clean

The only issue we had in our family room was that when we showered the water leaked straight into the bedroom area , so we had to mop it up with our towels….but apart from that we had a very comfortable stay

Die Lage ist gut, U-Bahn in der Nähe, Zone 3. Frühstück lecker und viel Auswahl. Personal war freundlich. Unkomplizierter check in.

Bett war etwas unbequem, eine Seite schräg, wahrscheinlich, die wo man öfter auch drauf sitzt. Sessel hatte Fleck. Im Bad hat nach dem Duschen alles geschwommen, weil es kein Gefälle gab und nur einen Duschvorhang.

A notre arrivé le réceptionniste du soir ne nous a pas tout expliqué. Il nous a dit que l'on pouvait rentrer notre voiture au parking sous terrain, mais ne nous a pas expliqué qu'il fallait l'enregistrer et payer sur le pupitre à l'accueil. Heureusement que son responsable a pu trouver une solution trois jours plus tard pour éviter de prendre une amande par la police. Le soir de notre arrivé, nous avons voulu manger à l'hôtel. La viande soit disant fumée ressemblait plutôt à une éponge, les haricots très croustillants avec du ketchup dessus et pour finir la purée prise à la fourchette était plutôt un pâté bien compact. Et le plat de pate avec un complément payant pour des morceaux de poulet, était en fait composé de trois ou quatre petits morceaux uniquement qu'il a fallut leur demander s'il ne les avaient pas oubliés. On ne s'est fait avoir qu'une seule fois. Par contre le prix aurait du être à la hauteur d'une bonne assiette.

Comfortable beds and showers. Friendly staff. We came early (10:30) just to drop luggage and park the car, but they found two available rooms and we were allowed to go there immediately. The included breakfast was good. Very near an underground station on the Piccadilly line.

Be aware to pay for the car park separately (I wasn't).

El hotel cumple muy bien con el rol de un lugar "bueno, bonito y barato". Es cómodo, lindo, limpio; no está vacío, pero tampoco lleno. Está muy cerca del metro "Park Royal".

Está a mínimo 40 minutos en metro a la ciudad. Lo cuál se debe considerar bien cuando vayas a salir.

The 2 hours of sleep that I managed to have when the hotel manager wasn't banging on my room door or ringing the room phone.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in because I was harassed by the manager. Imagine the hotel manager (muhel) banging down your door for 5 minutes at 7am, waking you up and disturbing your sleep. This man was so rude and unprofessional. He would call your room several times for a silly reason and it seems his sole purpose was to make your stay an unpleasant one. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never be staying there again!

Excellent breakfast. Great selection. Very clean and modern hotel. Underground literally just around the corner. Nice little gym!

Room a bit small but sufficient. Window cannot be opened. Some traffic noise. On balance, worth every Penny.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast and available to 10.30!! so had a lie in with the added bonus of a 12pm check out time. Spacious room and comfy bed with a hugh TV that my son loved. Parking available and secure. Easy access throughout for wheelchair users.

The accessible room had a walk in shower but no shower seat for wheelchair users!! Could you not have a pull down one from the wall. There is no room service available which would have been helpful as we arrived late.

Vicinanza alla metro Piccadilly line, albergo nuovo, pulito, stanza non grandissima ma con tutto il necessario. Colazione inclusa abbondante e ottima, continentale. Ci ritornerei di sicuro. Un po’ più distante ma sempre raggiungibile a piedi in 5 min la metro central che collega direttamente con Liverpool street.

Non ho cose negative da segnalare.

المكان جميل والحي المجاور جميل بالامكان اخذ جولة صباحية قبل الذهاب الى قلب لندن محطة بارك رويل قريبة 3 دقايق عن الفندق البيكاديلي يبعد 30 دقائق بالقطار الفطور جميل والوافل عندهم بطل

عدم وجود شطاف طبعاً اغلب لندن لا يوجد فيها لكن ملاحظة الباقي جميل بالنسبة لسعر

La location près du métro

Deuxième fois dans cette hôtel , avant les petit déjeuner était mieux , pâte à tartiner individuel et confiture maintenant que des gros pots !! Pas de chaise dans la chambre …

Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Perfekte Lage um mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt usw zu fahren.

Das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Es war eben ein englisches Frühstück,wir waren entsprechend vorbereitet, aber man erhofft sich ja doch mehr Abwechslung.

The only thing is that i got away for the weekend and out of south east London. Sorry and the breakfast, it was nice.

I was meant to be in the super king room and the room size was sooo small. The bed was to single beds together with king size sheets on it... Me and my partner kept on falling in between the crack in the middle the bed... The area where this hotel is, is really bad. There's nothing to do around there. Really boring.

Although the breakfast was complementary and generally good but they can add few touches to make it easier to serve. like boiled water machine instead of using the coffee machine for hot water

Dirty rooms. Queen rooms are very tight. 24 hour menu but when you call to order they tell you limited menu. Also says to call and order but collect when ready. But instead they want you to go to reception and order and then come back down when ready.
