It was clean and comfortable

Small rooms, which were a bit cold. My room was not made up after my first days stay.

Was kindly upgarded to one of the Garden Rooms whihc was apparently quieter and tucked away. Great to have a microwave in the room. North Ealing station just around the corner and a cafe (Cafe 11) serving tasty breakfasts close too. Not a bad place to stay if you are a parkrun fan - Gunnersbury park a mile and a half away.

Noisy rooms close to the main road Bed had a mattress topper, not very comfortable .

Staff friendly and was clean we did have one of the small rooms and I know others have written bad reviews however we found it big enough even had a fridge

Worst bed I've ever slept on well I say slept probably for about 2 hours all night it was so creaky , needs a revamp paint work is bad and shower although clean needs regrouting , I know we didn't pay alot per night considering it London but what good is a hotel that you don't get any sleep !! Such a shame with a new bed and revamp it would of got a really good review

The staffs from both shift are really nice and helpful. The room was small but cozy. It's located in the nice area and close to the train station.

Location and proximity to underground is great. Beds comfy, and you have everything you need.

No lift, so you’ll have to carry all luggage up the stairs.

Location is perfect, right next to the tube and just off the circular. Check in was pleasant and parking was great!

The bed was VERY noisy which woke me up a few times, as well as if any of the doors in the corridor are used your door also then bangs. Be prepared for the TFL low emissions zone to expand, as it is don't accidently turn off the circular and suddenly be in the one that's already active.

Lovely staff, great communication and happy to help ! The TV was smart. We had an upgrade which was lovely, view of the top of the garden roof. Chocolates and card left in our room for our anniversary - so lovely.

No food in hotel - no room service. No breakfast in hotel. The bathroom was a bit dirty in the bath tub, we had to rinse it out with shower gel before using. We had east access to restaurant near by but it would’ve been nice to have food delivered to our door instead; however we ordered takeaway that evening.

Amazing stay! Really well furnished with fantastic facilities. Bed was comfortable, toiletries provided' coffee machine, close to the centre' great staff and very quiet. Would absolutely stay again!!

A little too heavy on the artificial fragrances for us. We had to turn off the air freshener plug in next to the bed and put the reed defuser outside as we got major headaches. The bar and restaurant also wasn't open which was disappointing. The kettle also needed descaling and we found there were floaters in our brews and the 'garden view' was a view into other houses and a roof...... No garden view at all, it was generally good, I just wouldn't advertise it as that...... We'd also prefer better blinds as light came in full pelt at 5am as they only half covered the windows.

The suite we stayed in was impeccable, large amount of space, great facilities and spotless! The member of staff on the front desk was incredibly polite, friendly and was very informative making sure we knew everything we needed to, he even wished us a nice evening when we left to see Harry Styles and in the morning asked us if we’d had a lovely time. It’s little touches like this that made the stay so much nicer. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay for a short trip in London. Nice little hotel with friendly staff, purposeful and clean (but small) rooms, Tube Station(s), breakfast (recommended to go there!) possibility and a Pub close by. Nothing more is required for a pleasant stay like we had!

Location was very good. Close to multiple tube stations.

Staff were not that helpful and made us feel like we were a burden. The only nice and helpful member of staff was a brunette woman.

friendly staff located 2mins from tube .. upgraded to suite in garden with our own outdoor area with table . plenty of room spotlessly clean had kettle coffeemaker fridge and microwave .

Staff was very helpful and quick to assist. All employees were very nice as well! The hotel is very well locates (near to the underground - 2 min walk) and in a very nice and quiet neighboorhood. Room was very well cleaned.

The bed was very noisy (getting into the bed and turning during the night was Impossible without all the squeeks). The noise in the hall was very common, with doors closing and opening all the time.

Lovely property, clean, cleverly designed, conveniently located with excellent transport links into Central London.

Me and my partner recently stayed at Hotel 55 and had the most amazing experience! The rooms were luxurious and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Katrin in particular was really incredible, kind and helpful. she navigated us to directions to local attractions, as well as offering great suggestions for restaurants. Excellent costumer service. we would definitely recommend Hotel 55 for anyone looking for an excellent service combined with a good experience!

Good location with perfect public transport access for what we needed. Nice rooms, good facilities.

Our key card was constantly needing resetting, no matter how hard we tried to stop it, but there was always someone around to get it reset so we were never locked out in the middle of the night or anything.
